I have been to Frank C Perry DDS for a cleaning and to get a chipped tooth taken care of. Very clean office and well maintained. Both the staff and Dr. Perry were very careful and my teeth are amazing again. I will continue to go here as long as I live in Medford!

I’ve been to multiple dental practices. Thanks to bad genetics, I’ve had my fair share of cavities, root canals, and now an infected tooth that needed to be removed. Dr. Kaminsky was wonderful throughout the whole process. I initially came here just to get a second opinion and was so impressed that they didn’t even charge me for the X-rays they took so they could see the infected tooth better. Dr. Kaminsky sat with me for at least half an hour, discussing treatment options and prices. I was able to have the infected tooth and my wisdom teeth removed on the same day. I was unbelievably nervous, but I didn’t experience any pain. I’m grateful I didn’t have to be put under. That lowered the cost. Dr. Kaminsky had the best possible bedside manner, which truly is a rare find in dentistry.

As children, we lose our deciduous teeth as a natural part of growing up. However, in adulthood, losing teeth is caused by oral health issues. The advanced stage of gum disease is the number one cause. Since losing teeth at this age isn’t natural, this means issues with smile stability. You could have problems consuming solid foods. Problems talking clearly may develop. Finally, you could risk damages to your smile alignment, or even your facial structure. You need a permanent private dentist in New Haven, CT who can correct your tooth loss. Fortunately, Doctors Network can help locate one.

First, we will help connect you to an awesome dentist near you. Once we do, your new dentist can inspect your smile to assess your tooth loss. For mild cases, a dental bridge could be the best option, addressing one to three missing teeth in a row. For several missing teeth, partial dentures could offer a solution and restore bite function. Finally, a complete set of dentures could be custom-made. While most fulls and partial dentures are removable, they could be secured with long-lasting dental implants. Dental implants essentially look and function like natural teeth, and stimulate bone preservation in your mandible and maxilla and facial structure following tooth loss.

If you live in the New Haven‘s proximity and need a solution for tooth loss, let us help. We can get you started on receiving a dental prosthetic. The smile of your dreams is possible, even if you’ve lost all of your teeth, and even if years have gone by since that happened!

P. S. Please celebrate our dental surgeons in Nashville, TN with us this week.

Nothing feels better than an attractive smile, but as we age, many of us struggle with the loss of natural teeth. Missing teeth could lead to difficulty with eating and speaking, and can even lead to a prematurely aged appearance. To treat tooth loss, people often turn to dental implants. Unlike traditional prosthetics, such as dentures or bridges, these are connected to posts placed into your jaw. Crowns or even prosthetics like bridges are locked into these implant posts. These then act as new roots, so your new teeth can last not ten years, but possibly a lifetime with proper care and attention.

Are you ready to tackle your tooth loss with dental implants? If you are wondering how much a dental implant costs in New Haven, you are not alone, but first, you need to find a New Haven dentist who can offer implant dentistry. Doctors Network’s search tool can help you with this, connecting you to a dentist who not only can address your concerns about missing teeth, but also works with walk-in patients. You can even register for a Doctors Network membership plan to decrease the cost of your procedure.

The dentist will take a close look at your smile. Underlying oral health concerns may need to be treated before moving forward. But once completed, your dental implants will offer replacement teeth that look and function like natural dentition!

A lot happens to our smile when we lose natural teeth. Obviously, there are problems with eating a variety of meals. Even speaking clearly could be a problem. However, the major problem is the loss of structure in the jaw. This weakens the jaw, and could even cause patients to look older. More importantly, this leaves the smile too weak for implants. Additional treatments could be necessary to strengthen the jaw in order to make tooth replacement possible! Fortunately, Doctors Network could link you to a great New Haven oral and maxillofacial surgeon who is in-network with discount dental plans and performs jawbone grafting. In addition, we could also discuss our membership plan to make dental care affordable!

Bone grafting is also referred to as ridge augmentation. Essentially this enables the dentist to restore the lost structure in your mandible. Your dentist could use a number of different options. Tissue could be taken from the back of the jaw or the hip. Donor materials could also be used. Some opt for synthetic materials. Through oral surgery, these are applied to the areas of weakened structure in the mandibular bone.

Once the area heals, one or more dental implants could be placed. The body will allow them to bond with the jaw. As a result, they help prevent any further breakdown in the jaw, protecting facial structure. Our team can connect you to a dentist or oral surgeon in New Haven, CT who performs jawbone grafting, and also let you know about our membership plan to make sure your treatment fits your budget!

Tooth loss could lead to multiple complications for your smile. For example, this could impact your meal options, or how clearly you can talk. But the most severe complication is the loss of integrity in the jaw. The body decreases the flow of phosphate and calcium to the areas without roots, which in turn causes bone loss and an aged appearance and weakens the structure significantly. Which means you may not be able to receive dental implants to address gaps in your smile. But Doctors Network can connect you with a dentist in New Haven, CT who can shore up your jaw.

As we’ve discussed in previous posts, a bone grafting procedure helps strengthen the mandible, so it can support dental implants. But what about the the upper area? Instead of grafting, your New Haven dentist could perform a sinus lift. Essentially, the dentist will raise the sinus floor to generate new support structure. The new structure can support dental implants. Once the new teeth are secured, this stimulates the growth of bone tissue to preserve the area. Your new teeth can then stay firm for decades, possibly even a lifetime.

If you need to strengthen your weakened upper jawbone to support new teeth, we could help. Our team can connect you with a New Haven, CT oral surgeon who can offer a sinus lift and takes patients without dental insurance. When your smile is strengthened and ready, dental implants could provide a whole smile again. If you don’t have insurance, don’t let this stand between you and a complete smile. Instead, talk to our team about our Direct Dental Plan. With a monthly fee, you can have treatments discounted by as much as 90% in some situations. A full smile is possible again!

Have you lost the majority of your natural teeth? If so, this could mean complications with bite functions, from trouble eating a variety of foods, to difficulties talking. Your jaw loses bone density following tooth loss, which could lead to worsening dental health. In some cases, an older appearance could develop as well. You could benefit from implant dentures not only to replace missing teeth, but also to keep the jawbone strong. But what if your jaw is too weak for traditional implant dentures? Then Doctors Network can recommend a New Haven dental professional who specializes in All-On-4 procedure.

Traditional implant-supported dentures need between 6 and 8 implants per arch. But with All-on-4, only four small posts are necessary. Even if your jaw is too weak for a traditional system this could still support a full set of dental restorations. No need to undergo jawbone grafting or sinus lifts beforehand! These can also often be placed with a denture connected to them on the same visit. In fact, that’s why this is often referred to as Teeth-In-A-Day. Our team can help find best cosmetic dentists in New Haven who can restore your new smile. You can even request a dental appointment.

If you are wondering how much dental implants cost, then consider registering for our Direct Dental Plan. Our simple membership program allows you to pay a small monthly fee, which is set by your dentist, to save significantly on the cost of cosmetic dentistry. This helps our New Haven patients find affordable dental care, and obtain healthier smiles.

Do you have a missing tooth? Or, have you lost several of them? If so, this could mean more than just embarrassing gaps in your smile. Over time, the health and function of your smile suffers. In fact, you could even develop major changes to your facial structure! To safeguard the health, beauty, and function of your smile, you need help from a good dental professional in New Haven, and we can help you find dentists that accept dental insurance!

What happens when gaps appear in your smile? Well, the surrounding teeth could drift from position, leading to crooked or crowded teeth. The pressure on your TMJ and bite balance could lead to painful complications, like jaw joint strain and chronic teeth grinding. You could have difficulty consuming solid foods, and speaking clearly could be complicated too. But the most severe complication is the loss of mass and density in the jawbone. This means you risk the loss of even more teeth. In addition, a prematurely aged appearance could arise! But help is available, as New Haven dentists could discuss dental prosthetics that fit your smile, and select treatment options that could be covered with dental insurance.

Dental bridges could address minor tooth loss. All on 4 dental implants could replace the majority or all of your natural teeth. For the perfect solution to your tooth loss, you could find the best New Haven dentists that perform teeth implants. Do not let tooth loss impact your quality of life, and talk to our team about finding a cosmetic dentist!
