This place is great with kids, they’re very friendly and patient. My 7 year old son screams every time he sees needles, so getting his teeth removed was going to be a big ordeal. Dr. Vasilyev took his time with him, giving out hugs, comforting him, coaxing him, he did everything he could to get him to cooperate, but he was kind about it the whole time. Dr. Vasilyev and his assistant, who was also great, were finally able to extract the 3 teeth from my son’s mouth. My son didn’t have to go under anesthesia thanks to him and I didn’t have to take him to a specialty dental center, which was going to be my last resort just to get 3 baby teeth removed. We’re definitely coming back here.

As adolescents, we lose our deciduous teeth as a natural part of growing up. However, in adulthood, losing teeth is caused by oral health issues. The advanced stage of gum disease is the number one cause. Since missing teeth at adulthood isn’t natural, this means oral health complications. You could have problems eating. Problems speaking could occur. Finally, you could risk impacting your smile alignment, or even your youthful features. You need an experienced Blue Cross Blue Shield dentist in Kingston Estates, NJ who can correct your tooth loss. Fortunately, Doctors Network can help locate one.

First, we will connect you to a friendly dentist in your area. After that, your new dentist can inspect your smile to understand the factors behind your tooth loss. For less severe cases, a dental bridge could be placed, addressing one to three lost teeth in a row. For several missing teeth, partial dentures could offer a solution and restore bite function. Finally, a complete denture or CD could be prescribed. While most complete dentures and partial dentures are removable, they could be supported with long-lasting dental implants. Dental implants are secured like natural teeth, and stimulate bone preservation in your maxilla and mandible and facial structure following missing a tooth.

If you live in the Kingston Estates‘s proximity and have unsightly gaps in your smile, let us know. We can help you get started on receiving the tooth replacement you need. Model-worthy teeth are within reach, even if you’ve suffered edentulism, and even if many years have elapsed since that happened!

P. S. Please applaud our dental surgeons in Nashville, TN with us this week.

sleep-apnea-treatment

When you have chronic snoring, you may not assume a dentist could help. But in fact, Blue Cross Blue Shield dentists can provide a comfortable and noninvasive option to help you breathe better while sleeping. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a condition in which as you sleep, the soft palate and the back of your mouth collapse and cut off airflow. Patients with OSA actually stop breathing for a few moments until the brain alerts the body to resume breathing. Even if you assume you slept well, you could experience daytime drowsiness! But when is it time to contact Doctors Network to find Kingston Estates, NJ dentists who could offer treatment with oral appliance therapy?

Sings of sleep apnea include loud and frequent snoring. Daytime drowsiness, and even trouble with interpersonal relationships could occur too. With no treatment, the condition could even affect your immune system and increase the risk of high blood pressure. When you experience similar symptoms, consider talking to a dentist. Often, oral appliance therapy can be used as a CPAP alternative, so you can finally rest without sleep apnea symptoms.

This week we are honoring our dental professionals near Manhattan, NY.

If you have a fractured tooth or a tooth that is misshapen or stained, then you might need a cosmetic treatment. With enameloplasty and tooth-color bonding in Kingston Estates, NJ, these aesthetic imperfections can be corrected in only one sitting. At Doctors Network, we aim to help connect you with a general dentist in Kingston Estates, NJ who takes Blue Cross Blue Shield and offers cosmetic dentistry. You may not believe just how much these two treatments can correct in a single sitting.

Tooth filling repairs aesthetic concerns using a metal-free material. The composite resin, a mix of glass and acrylic particles, is shaded and placed in several layers. Kingston Estates general dentists also use this material to address cracked or chipped teeth. During tooth contouring, the dentist simply sands and buffs the outer tooth enamel or restoration to correct issues with a tooth’s balance and shape.

Today we are honoring our Brooklyn dental professionals. Between both dental services, these dentists can reshape malformed teeth, fixed broken or fractured teeth, mask stains on teeth, and even close embarrassing gaps between teeth.

As children, many of us develop teeth grinding for short periods of time. The issue tends to pass on its own. But for some, bruxism could mean grinding and clenching continue into and throughout adulthood, and the pressure from clenching and grinding your teeth could injure your teeth. Cracks, chips, and worn-down structures could leave your smile vulnerable. You are also more likely to develop tooth decay or even infected teeth, which is why if you grind your teeth, you should consider using Doctors Network’s search tool to book an online appointment with a dental professional in Kingston Estates.

Your partner or spouse may let you know about your disorder. Otherwise, symptoms could include jaw pain and headaches. Treatment options vary. Some dentists bring relief by addressing the oral health issues behind your bruxism. They could correct misalignment with orthodontics, or even replace missing teeth with dental implants. Many offer treatment with custom and comfortable oral splints. So don’t ignore the possible warning signs, talk to us about finding the right dentist in your area who accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield.

You can’t put a price on an attractive smile, but as we get older, many of us struggle with the loss of natural teeth. Missing teeth could lead to difficulty with eating and speaking, and can even lead to a prematurely aged appearance. To treat missing teeth, people often turn to implant-supported prosthetics. Unlike traditional options, such as dentures or bridges, these are connected to posts inserted into your jaw. Crowns or even prosthetics like dentures are locked into these implant posts. These then act as new roots, so your new teeth can last not ten years, but far much longer with proper care and attention.

Are you ready to replace missing teeth with dental implants? If you are wondering how much a dental implant costs in Kingston Estates, you are not alone, but firstly, you need to find a Kingston Estates dentist who can offer implant dentistry. Doctors Network can help you with this, connecting you to a dentist who not only can address your concerns about missing teeth, but also accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield. Same-day appointments are usually available. You can even sign up for a Doctors Network dental plan to decrease the cost of your procedure.

The dentist will carefully examine your smile. Underlying issues such as periodontitis may need to be considered before moving forward. But once completed, your dental implants will offer quality prosthetics that look and function like natural teeth!

Residents of New Jersey know about closeness. Though the state takes up less than 9,000 square miles, it is home to over 8.9 million people, giving it the highest population density in the country (over 1,000 people per square mile). As the only state whose cities are all classified as metropolitan areas, residents of New Jersey know that taking good care of themselves is especially important to maintaining a healthy quality of life. For many people, the high costs of dental health care can make that challenging, but with the help of Doctors Network, local dentists can now mitigate that challenge for all New Jersey families. Through Doctors Network, patients can sign up for direct dental plans that, unlike insurance, can guarantee significant discounts on every treatment and procedure that their dentists offer.

For most residents in New Jersey, dental insurance can help keep the costs of routine preventive care manageable, depending on the specifics of their plan. However, for those with inadequate insurance coverage, as well as for the 10% of residents who have no insurance at all, dental health care costs can quickly add up, especially when cosmetic, restorative, or prosthetic procedures are required. Direct dental plans from Doctors Network are designed to supplement existing insurance plans, or to provide an alternative for patients who do not have insurance. The plans ensure that all patients can receive the quality care they deserve at much more reasonable prices. For instance, checkups and cleanings are only $25 per visit, including X-rays when needed, as well as up to 90% discounts on all other services, such as fillings, crowns, dental implants, Invisalign® clear braces, and more.
