I truly love the staff at Schambeau Dental Care in Bessemer, AL. Everyone is so nice, and the dentist is super friendly. I went to this office a few years ago, but because I was pregnant at the time, they couldn’t treat me right away. So they told me to come back after I had the baby, but it completely slipped my mind. Well, I went today, and the hygienist did my cleaning and explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Schambeau was as nice as always and took me through my treatment plan. Lastly, the receptionist showed me the bill and offered multiple payment options. Since I’m about to buy a home, I need to be careful with spending, but they were very accommodating to my needs. I don’t like to go to the dentist, but when I do need to go, Schambeau Dental Care is the only place I go! I love it there!

As adolescents, we lose our primary teeth as our smile develops. However, in adulthood, losing teeth is caused by oral health issues. The advanced stage of gum disease could be responsible as well. Since losing teeth at adulthood isn’t natural, this means problems. You could have difficulties consuming solid foods. Problems articulating could occur. Finally, you could risk damages to your smile alignment, or even smile’s stability. You need a permanent in-network dentist in Maytown, AL who can provide prosthetic dentistry. Fortunately, Doctors Network can help you on the road to a full smile.

First, we will connect you to a skilled dentist near you. Once we do, your new dentist can evaluate your smile to diagnose the conditions for your tooth loss. For mild cases, a dental bridge could be placed, restoring smile function. For multiple gaps, partials could offer a solution and address complicated tooth loss. Finally, a complete denture could be prescribed. While most fulls and partials are removable, they could be stablized with tooth implants. Dental implants act as natural teeth, and preserve bone density in your maxilla and mandible and facial structure following losing a tooth.

If you live in the Maytown‘s neighborhoods and have unsightly gaps in your smile, let us know. We can help you get started on receiving bridges or dentures. The smile of your dreams is possible, even if you’ve suffered complete tooth loss, and even if many years have elapsed since that happened!

P. S. Please celebrate our dentists in Nashville, TN with us this week.

When you are down a tooth, it is important to fill in the space as quickly as possible. While there are notable aesthetic benefits, replacing your tooth can also help support the health of your jawbone and mouth in general. The process of filling in the gap may seem unnerving, but a dental bridge is a simple yet effective way to replace either one missing tooth or several that are next to each other. If you are looking for a dentist in Maytown, AL that accepts your dental plan we can help you find one that can provide you with a fixed partial denture.

When you visit your Maytown dental practice, they can decide if a dental bridge is the best option for you. As noted, porcelain bridges are frequently used when someone has either a single missing tooth or several missing teeth next to one another. This is because bridges are usually supported by existing teeth that are outfitted with crowns to provide additional support. Because it is held in place by existing teeth, this option is an enduring solution.

Porcelain bridges are often made with advanced, bio-compatible porcelain that looks just like your real teeth. This ensures that your prosthetic seamlessly blends in with the rest of your smile. Before your one-of-a-kind bridge is made, your dentist will take precise images of your smile, so it will be crafted to your exact needs. If you would like to schedule a visit with a Maytown dental practice that accepts your dental plan, we can help you find a fantastic one.

It is crucial for children to visit a dental professional bi-yearly for dental visits and cleanings. By teaching your kids great oral health habits, you are ensuring that they have the skills to have healthy smiles for many years. If you are looking for a pediatric dental office in Maytown who takes uninsured patients, you are on the right website.

In addition to offering examinations and cleanings, dentists on Doctors Network also provide your kid with sealants. These are thin pieces of film that go over their molars. They work as a protective film that forms a protective layer between their adult molars and germs. This ultimately prevents the risk of tooth decay by up to eighty percent. It is a simple treatment that is very effective at preventing the need for fillings in the future.

Fluoride treatments are another great tool that your pediatric dentists provide. Fluoride is a naturally occurring mineral that helps fortify your child’s enamel layer. While enamel is one of the most durable substances our bodies produce, it can still weaken over time. When this occurs, your child’s teeth become more susceptible to damage. This procedure helps mitigate this damage. Using fluoride toothpaste can also help. To learn more, we encourage you to schedule an appointment with one of our pediatric dentists in Maytown.

Many folks would prefer to have a whiter smile. When you stroll down the aisles of any drug store, you see myriad products that tout their teeth whitening abilities. If you have tried any of these, you know that they almost always provide unsatisfying results. However, professional teeth whitening can actually give you a brighter smile. If you are looking for a dentist in Maytown, AL that takes uninsured patients, we can help you find one that offers professional teeth whitening.

When you visit your Maytown dental care provider, they can provide you with either an in-office or at-home option. Should you opt for treatment in the office, you will only have to stay for roughly an hour. When you visit the office for whitening, your dentist will apply a special bleaching gel that, when activated by a special light, will get rid of stains.

If you would prefer to go with whitening at home, your dentist will give you a set of custom trays that you can use along with a safe peroxide solution. You will put these on for a couple of hours each day for about 2 weeks. Once this treatment is over, you will have a whiter smile. If you would like to book a consultation with a Maytown dentist that takes uninsured patients, we can help you find a fantastic one.

Over 16% of Alabama residents are over the age of 65, while almost 23% are under the age of 18. For both age groups, personalized dental care is especially important. Older patients often require restoration or prosthodontic care to replace lost teeth; younger patients may need additional ongoing preventive measures, such as orthodontics, to avoid more serious issues later in life. On top of routine general dental care, treatment for seniors and children can cause the costs of your family’s dental care to skyrocket. Fortunately, Doctors Network offers families throughout Alabama a highly affordable alternative to managing dental care costs with a direct dental plan.
