As kids, we lose our deciduous teeth as our smile develops. However, in adulthood, losing teeth is often due to injury. Periodontitis could be responsible as well. Since losing teeth at adulthood isn’t natural, this means issues with smile stability. You could have problems consuming solid foods. Problems talking could occur. Finally, you could risk negative changes to your smile, or even smile’s stability. You need a skilled private dentist in Hillsboro, AL who can replace missing teeth. Fortunately, Doctors Network can help find a local dentist.

First, we will help connect you to an experienced dentist near you. After that, your new dentist can inspect your smile to diagnose the conditions for your missing teeth. For mild cases, a dental bridge could be placed, addressing one to three lost teeth in a row. For several missing teeth, partials could offer a solution and rebuild your smile. Finally, a complete denture or CD could be crafted and secured. While most fulls and partials are removable, they could be secured with tooth implants. Dental implants essentially look and function like natural teeth, and stimulate bone preservation in your jaw and facial structure following missing a tooth.

If you live in the Hillsboro‘s proximity and have lost your natural teeth, let us know. We can help you get started on receiving the tooth replacement you need. A full smile is possible, even if you’ve suffered complete tooth loss, and even if years have gone by since that happened!

P. S. Please congratulate our dental professionals in Nashville, TN with us this week.

There is no substitute for an attractive smile, but as we age, many of us struggle with tooth loss. Missing teeth could lead to trouble with eating and speaking, and can even lead to an older appearance. To treat tooth loss, people often turn to dental implants. Unlike traditional options, such as bridges or removable dentures, these are connected to posts placed into your jaw. Crowns or even prosthetics like bridges are securely attached to these implant posts. These then act as new roots, so your new teeth can last not ten years, but several decades with proper care.

Are you ready to address unsightly gaps with dental implants? If you are wondering how much dental implants cost near you in Hillsboro, you are not alone, but first, you need to find a Hillsboro dentist who can offer surgical placement of dental implants. Doctors Network’s search tool can help you with this, connecting you to a dentist who not only can address your tooth loss, but also takes walk-in patients. You can even sign up for a Doctors Network dental plan to decrease the cost of your procedure.

The dentist will assess the state of your smile. Underlying issues like gum disease may need to be considered before moving forward. But once completed, your dental implants will offer new teeth that look and function like natural dentition!

Major problems arise when we lose natural teeth. Obviously, there are problems with eating a variety of meals. Even clear speech could be a problem. However, the major problem is the loss of structure in the jaw. This weakens the jaw, and could even cause an older appearance. More importantly, this leaves the smile too weak for implants. Additional treatments could be necessary to strengthen the jaw in order to make dental implant placement possible! Fortunately, Doctors Network could help you book an online appointment with a great Hillsboro oral and maxillofacial surgeon who is in-network with Obama Care and offers jawbone grafting. In addition, we could also discuss our membership plan to make care affordable!

Jawbone grafting is also known as ridge augmentation. Essentially this enables the dentist to preserve the ridge in your mandible. Your dentist could employ new tissue from multiple sources. Tissue could be sourced from the back of the jaw or the hip. Donor materials like bovine bone may be recommended too. Some opt for synthetic materials. During oral surgery, these are applied to the areas of weakened structure in the mandible bone.

Once the area heals, biocompatible dental implants could be placed. The body will see them as natural structures. As a result, they help prevent any further breakdown in the jaw, protecting facial structure. Our team can connect you to a dentist in Hillsboro, AL who offers this surgical procedure, and also let you know about our dental discount plan to make sure your treatment fits in your budget!

Tooth loss could lead to several problems for your smile. For example, this could impact your meal options, or how clearly you can speak. But the most severe complication is the loss of mass and density in the jaw. The body decreases the flow of calcium and phosphate to the areas without tooth roots, which in turn causes bone loss and an aged appearance and weakens the jaw significantly. Which means you may not be able to receive dental implants to address your missing teeth. But Doctors Network can connect you with a dentist in Hillsboro, AL who can shore up your jaw.

As we’ve discussed in previous posts, a jawbone grafting procedure helps strengthen the mandible, so it can support dental implants. But what about the the upper area? Instead of adding new tissue, your Hillsboro dentist could perform a sinus lift. Essentially, the dentist will push up the sinus floor to generate new tissues. The new structure can support one or more implants. Once the new teeth are secured, this stimulates the growth of bone tissue to preserve the area. Your new teeth can then stay firm for decades, possibly even a lifetime.

If you need to strengthen your weakened jawbone to support a new smile, we could help. Our team can connect you with a Hillsboro, AL oral surgeon who can address tooth loss and takes new patients. When your smile is strengthened and ready, dental implants could provide a full smile again. If you don’t have insurance, don’t let this stand between you and a complete smile. Instead, talk to our team about our financing option. With our Direct Dental Plan, you can have treatments discounted by as much as 90% in some situations. A full smile is in your future!

Have you lost most of your natural teeth? If so, this could mean complications with bite functions, from trouble chewing a variety of foods, to difficulties talking. Your jaw loses mass and density following tooth loss, which could lead to worsening dental health. In some cases, a prematurely aged appearance could develop as well. You could benefit from implant dentures not only to replace missing teeth, but also to preserve your facial structures. But what if your jaw is too weak for traditional implant dentures? Then Doctors Network can recommend a Hillsboro dentist who offers All-On-4s.

Most implant-supported dentures need between six and eight implant fixtures per jaw. But with All-on-4, just four implants are required. Even if your jaw has lost mass and density this could still support a full set of teeth. No need to undergo ridge augmentation beforehand! These can also often be placed with a full set of dentures attached on the same visit. In fact, dentists often refer to them as Teeth-In-A-Day. Our team can help find best private dentists in Hillsboro who can restore your new smile. You can even book a dentist visit.

If you have a limited budget, then consider getting our Direct Dental Plan. Our membership program allows you to pay a small monthly fee, which is set by your dentist, to save significantly on the cost of cosmetic dentistry. This helps our Hillsboro patients find affordable dental care, and obtain healthier smiles.

Do you have any tooth missing? Or, have you developed several gaps in your smile? If so, this could mean major oral health complications. Over time, the health and function of your smile suffers. In fact, you could even develop a prematurely aged appearance! To prevent these complications, you need help from a good dentist nearby Hillsboro, and we can help you find dentists that accept most dental insurances!

What happens when gaps appear in your smile? Well, the surrounding teeth could drift from position, leading to crooked or crowded teeth. The pressure on your TMJ and bite balance could lead to painful complications, like TMJ disorder or bruxism. You could have difficulty eating your favorite foods, and speaking clearly could become difficult too. But the most serious complication is the break down of the jawbone structure. This means the stability of your smile is compromised. In addition, facial structure changes could make you appear older! But help is available, as Hillsboro dentists could discuss advanced prosthetics, such as bridges, dentures, and implants, and select treatment options that could be covered with most dental insurances.

Dental bridges could address a single gap in the smile. All on four dental implants could replace the majority or all of your natural teeth. For a functional and effective prosthetic, you could find the best Hillsboro dentists who perform implants. Do not let your smile continue to degrade, and talk to our team about finding a prosthodontist!

Over 16% of Alabama residents are over the age of 65, while almost 23% are under the age of 18. For both age groups, personalized dental care is especially important. Older patients often require restoration or prosthodontic care to replace lost teeth; younger patients may need additional ongoing preventive measures, such as orthodontics, to avoid more serious issues later in life. On top of routine general dental care, treatment for seniors and children can cause the costs of your family’s dental care to skyrocket. Fortunately, Doctors Network offers families throughout Alabama a highly affordable alternative to managing dental care costs with a direct dental plan.
