dental-implants-or-bridge

As kids, we lose our deciduous teeth as our smile develops. However, as adults, losing teeth is often due to injury. Gum disease leads to major tooth loss. Since losing teeth at this age isn’t natural, this means oral health complications. You could have difficulties eating. Problems talking are a common consequence. Finally, you could risk impacting your smile alignment, or even your facial structure. You need a dedicated private dentist in Kingston, MO who can correct your tooth loss. Fortunately, Doctors Network can help you on the road to a full smile.

First, we will connect you to a skilled dentist in your area. After that, your new dentist can examine your smile to understand the factors behind your missing teeth. For mild cases, a dental bridge could be placed, addressing one to three missing teeth in a row. For multiple gaps, partials could offer a solution and address complicated tooth loss. Finally, a complete denture could be prescribed. While most fulls and partials are removable, they could be stablized with tooth implants. Dental implants are secured like natural teeth, and prevent negative changes to your alveolar bone and facial structure following tooth loss.

If you live in the Kingston‘s proximity and have unsightly gaps in your smile, let us help. We can help you get started on receiving bridges or dentures. Model-worthy teeth are within reach, even if you’ve suffered complete tooth loss, and even if years have gone by since that happened!

P. S. Please celebrate our dental surgeons in Nashville, TN with us this week.

sleep-apnea-treatment

When you experience chronic snoring, you may not think a dentist near you could help. In fact, dentists can often provide a comfortable and noninvasive solution to treat sleep apnea. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a condition in which when you sleep, the soft palate and the tissues around the throat collapse and interrupt your sleep cycle. Patients with OSA actually stop breathing briefly until the brain notices a drop in oxygen. Even if you believe you slept well, you could feel tired! But when is it necessary to contact Doctors Network to find Kingston, MO dentists who offer OSA treatment?

Warning signs could include snoring on a nightly basis. Daytime drowsiness, headaches, and irritability could be factors too. Without treatment, OSA could even affect your immune system and your cardiovascular health. When you suffer similar signs and symptoms, consider talking to a dentist. Sometimes, oral appliance therapy can be used to keep airways open, so you can finally sleep comfortably.

This week we are honoring our dentists near New York.

tooth-bonding

If you have a broken tooth or one that is yellow stained, then you could benefit from a cosmetic consultation. With tooth reshaping and tooth-color fillings in Kingston, MO, these and other cosmetic imperfections can be corrected in only one sitting. At Doctors Network, we are here to help connect you with a general dentist in Kingston, MO who accepts new patients and can tackle your oral health concerns. You may not believe just how much cosmetic dentistry can do in one sitting.

Tooth-colored restoration repairs esthetic concerns using a metal-free material. The composite resin, a blend of glass and acrylic particles, is shaded and applied to the teeth. Kingston cosmetic dentists also use this material for fillings. With tooth contouring, the dentist actually sands the outer tooth surfaces to correct issues with a tooth’s balance and shape.

This week we are honoring our Brooklyn general dentists. Between these two services, these dentists can reshape malformed teeth, repair dental damage, mask stains on teeth, and even close gaps between teeth.

Periodontitis impacts millions of adults. In fact, studies from the Centers for Disease Control reveal that half of adults over the age of thirty require treatment for periodontal concerns. Without treatment, gum disease could reach an advanced stage. Known as periodontal disease, this is actually one of the most common causes of adult tooth loss. All that to say, when you develop discomfort in the gums, you need to see a professional as soon as you can. Sore, red gums that bleed easily, along with receding tissues, are common indicators that you need to see a Kingston dental provider.

Doctor Network’s dentist search tool can streamline searching for walk in dentists in Kingston MO that accept new patients and can offer a route to a healthier smile after a dental examination. If there is any sign of gingivitis or gum disease, then a treatment can be planned. For the early stages, a scaling and root planing followed by traditional cleanings every three to four months could help you avoid tooth loss. For the more advanced stage, there are options like laser dentistry, gum grafts, and more to restore your smile!

There is no substitute for an attractive smile, but as we age, most of us struggle with tooth loss. Missing teeth could lead to trouble with eating and speaking, and can even lead to bone loss in the jaw. To treat tooth loss, people often turn to dental implants. Unlike traditional options, such as dentures or fixed partial dentures, these are connected to posts inserted into your jaw. Crowns or even prosthetics like bridges are locked into these implant posts. These then act as new roots, so your new teeth can last not ten years, but far much longer with proper care and attention.

Are you ready to tackle your tooth loss with dental implants? If you want to know how much a dental implant costs near Kingston, you are not alone, but firstly, you need to find a Kingston dentist who can offer surgical placement of dental implants. Doctors Network can help you with this, connecting you to a dental professional who not only can address your concerns about missing teeth, but also accepts patients without dental insurance. You can even sign up for a Doctors Network membership plan to reduce the cost of your treatment.

The dentist will take a close look at your smile. Underlying issues such as periodontitis may need to be addressed before moving forward. But once completed, your dental implants will offer quality prosthetics that look and function like natural teeth!

Missouri is the birthplace of America’s 33rd president, Harry Truman, and home to the nation’s largest beer brewery, Anheuser-Busch. Yet, it is perhaps more well-known for the St. Louis World’s Fair of 1904, which reportedly introduced most of the American foods we know and love today, including hot dogs, ice cream cones, Dr. Pepper, and much more. Today, the Show Me State is home to nearly 6.1 million residents, all of whom deserve to enjoy the benefits of exceptional dental care without having to pay exorbitant out-of-pocket costs. To help them all receive that care, Doctors Network has partnered with dentists across the state to offer patients direct dental plans directly through their dentists’ offices.

Missouri is one of the nation’s friendliest places to raise a family, and boasts a relatively low cost of living coupled with a strong economy. However, dental health care costs can be a burden to families of all backgrounds and demographics, even when they have dental insurance coverage. The goal of Doctors Network is to help dentists across Missouri offer high-quality care directly to their patients, without the exorbitant extra costs that third-party insurance companies often tack on to their plans. With a direct dental plan, you only pay a small monthly fee, which your dentist will determine, to gain access to substantial savings on your dental health care. For instance, checkup and cleaning appointments only cost $25 per visit under the plan, and treatments such as teeth-whitening, dental fillings, crowns, Invisalign®, dental implants, and more will be significantly discounted—often by up to 90%!
