dental-implants-or-bridge

As adolescents, we lose our primary teeth as a natural part of growing up. However, as adults, losing teeth means poor oral health. Periodontitis could be responsible as well. Since losing teeth at this age isn’t natural, this means oral health complications. You could have problems with nutritional intake. Problems talking are a common consequence. Finally, you could risk damages to your smile, or even smile’s stability. You need a skilled in-network dentist in Wheaton, MO who can correct your tooth loss. Fortunately, Doctors Network can help you on the road to a full smile.

First, we will help connect you to a friendly dentist in your location who accepts your insurance. After that, your new dentist can inspect your smile to understand the factors behind your missing teeth. For minor cases, a dental bridge could be the best option, restoring smile function. For several gaps, partials could offer a solution and restore bite function. Finally, a complete denture could be crafted and secured. While most fulls and partials are removable, they could be supported with long-lasting dental implants. Dental implants essentially look and function like natural teeth, and stimulate bone preservation in your maxilla and mandible and facial structure following tooth loss.

If you live in the Wheaton‘s neighborhoods and need a solution for tooth loss, let us help. We can get you started on receiving a dental prosthetic. The smile of your dreams is possible, even if you’ve suffered complete tooth loss, and even if years have elapsed since that happened!

P. S. Please applaud our dental surgeons in Nashville, TN with us this week.

sleep-apnea-treatment

When you have a sleep disorder, you may not assume a dentist near you could help. In fact, dentists can often provide a comfortable and noninvasive solution to treat sleep apnea. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a condition in which as you sleep, the soft tissues in the throat and the tissues around the throat collapse and interrupt your sleep cycle. Patients literally stop breathing for a few seconds until the brain notices a drop in oxygen. Even as you believe you slept well, you’re actually sleep deprived! But when is it time to use the search tool on Doctors Network to find Wheaton, MO dentists who could offer treatment with oral appliance therapy?

Warning signs could include chronic snoring. Daytime headaches, drowsiness, and moodiness could be factors too. Without intervention, OSA could affect your immune system and your cardiovascular health. When you experience similar signs, consider seeing a dental professional. Sometimes, oral appliance therapy can be used to keep air passages clear while you sleep, so you can finally enjoy a good night’s rest.

This week we are celebrating our dentists in New York.

tooth-bonding

If you have a fractured tooth or one that is yellow stained, then you could benefit from dental treatment. With contouring and dental bonding in Wheaton, MO, these and other cosmetic imperfections can be corrected in only one sitting. At Doctors Network, we can help connect you with a adult dentist in Wheaton, MO who accepts new patients and can tackle your oral health concerns. You may not be aware just how much tooth-colored fillings can correct in one sitting.

Tooth-colored bonding repairs aesthetic concerns effectively. The composite resin, a mix of glass and acrylic particles, is shaded and placed in the tooth preparation. Wheaton dentists also use the same material for fillings. During tooth contouring, the dentist actually sands and polishes the outer tooth surfaces to correct the appearances of cosmetic concerns.

This week we are honoring our Brooklyn dental professionals. With these two services, these dentists can reshape malformed teeth, repair dental damage, mask unattractive teeth stains, and close gaps between the teeth.

As children, many of us grind our teeth for short periods of time. The issue tends to pass on its own. But for some, bruxism could mean the issue persists into and throughout adolescence, and the pressure from grinding and clenching your teeth could damage your smile. Cracks, chips, and worn-down structures could cause discomfort. You are also more likely to develop tooth decay or even dental abscesses, which is why if you have bruxism, you should consider using Doctors Network’s search tool to find a dental practice in Wheaton.

Your significant other may let you know about your disorder. Otherwise, symptoms could include jaw pain and tooth sensitivity. Treatment options vary. Some dentists bring relief by addressing the causes of teeth grinding. They could correct misalignment with orthodontics, or even replace missing teeth with prosthetics. Many offer treatment with custom and comfortable oral appliances. So don’t ignore the possible warning signs, talk to us about finding the right dentist in your area who accepts patients without dental insurance.

You can’t put a price on showing off a perfect smile, but as we get older, most of us struggle with missing teeth. Missing teeth could lead to trouble with eating and speaking, and can even lead to an older appearance. To treat tooth loss, people often turn to implants and fixed dentures. Unlike traditional options, such as bridges or removable dentures, these are connected to posts that act as new roots. Crowns or even prosthetics like bridges are securely attached to these implant posts. These then act as new roots, so your new teeth can last not ten years, but possibly a lifetime with proper care.

Are you ready to address unsightly gaps with dental implants? If you are wondering how much dental implants cost near Wheaton, you are not alone, but first, you need to find a Wheaton dentist who can offer tooth replacement. Doctors Network can help you with this, connecting you to a dentist who not only can address your concerns about missing teeth, but also accepts patients without dental insurance. Same-day appointments are usually available. You can even register for a Doctors Network membership plan to decrease the cost of your treatment.

The dentist will take a close look at your smile. Underlying issues like gum disease may need to be addressed before moving forward. But once completed, your dental implants will offer new teeth that look and function like natural teeth!

Missouri is the birthplace of America’s 33rd president, Harry Truman, and home to the nation’s largest beer brewery, Anheuser-Busch. Yet, it is perhaps more well-known for the St. Louis World’s Fair of 1904, which reportedly introduced most of the American foods we know and love today, including hot dogs, ice cream cones, Dr. Pepper, and much more. Today, the Show Me State is home to nearly 6.1 million residents, all of whom deserve to enjoy the benefits of exceptional dental care without having to pay exorbitant out-of-pocket costs. To help them all receive that care, Doctors Network has partnered with dentists across the state to offer patients direct dental plans directly through their dentists’ offices.

Missouri is one of the nation’s friendliest places to raise a family, and boasts a relatively low cost of living coupled with a strong economy. However, dental health care costs can be a burden to families of all backgrounds and demographics, even when they have dental insurance coverage. With a direct dental plan, you only pay a small monthly fee, which your dentist will determine, to gain access to substantial savings on your dental health care. For instance, checkup and cleaning appointments only cost $25 per visit under the plan, and treatments such as teeth-whitening, dental fillings, crowns, Invisalign®, dental implants, and more will be significantly discounted—often by up to 90%!
