I had a few awful experiences with dentists when I was younger, which caused me to have very high anxiety in regard to dental offices. Just recently, I started experiencing some pain, and I knew I had to either toughen up and schedule the appointment or live with it. Finally, my partner dragged me to their dentist Dr. Rafya Sandhu at the Westbury Smile Center. I was somewhat worried that my teeth were in horrible shape since it has been years since I have been seen. Dr. Sandhu and her staff reassured me everything was going to be ok, and that it's not nearly as bad as I thought it was. The entire team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable during my visit. I have a feeling that if Dr. Sandhu was my dentist when I was kid, I wouldn’t have so much anxiety or have neglected my teeth as I did. As it turned out, I had some cavities, and they fixed them up quickly. I was also in need of proper scaling. I plan on making this location in Westbury, NY my place for all of my dental needs. I also really enjoy the reminders they send out; it's hard to remember them with my busy schedule. If you are looking for a dentist that takes away your anxieties, this is the office for you!

Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

I’ve only been here for a checkup but I’m already very impressed with Big Apple Dental. I was running late, so they only had time for the checkup and told me to come back for the cleaning, but I still can’t believe how caring they were, they really took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The dentist in Wyandanch was very thorough when he went through my x-rays, he explained everything that was going on with my mouth. The hygienist was great too, he went through everything with me, and especially explained the effects of my teeth grinding to me. I never knew I grind my teeth at night, but it helped me realize the cause of a lot of the issues I was having with my teeth. The staff could tell I was anxious so they tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very detail oriented and caring. I love this place, and I am actually looking forward to going back, which is weird to say about the dentist.

How can anyone honestly give a dental office five stars? Well, I can! It would be impossible not to give them five stars for how good of a job they did. The entire experience was pleasant and comfortable. Dr. Kaufman and his staff are the best in Uniondale, New York. The receptionist you a great job making the scheduling process very easy. The assistants are always professional and Incredibly kind. Dr. Kaufman runs a very efficient office, but his work is meticulous, and he interacts very positively with his patients. I appreciate the warmth that I feel every time I have an appointment. It's nice to feel such respect. I love the staff here so much that I have already referred multiple family members and friends to Dr. Kaufman's practice and will continue to do so. The office is clean, and they have a nice waiting room. I highly recommend this office!

My wife called Everlasting Smile Dental to schedule me an appointment, and they got me in right away as a new patient. I had a very positive experience during my first visit at BH Franklin Dental. I don’t necessarily go every year as I should, so I was a bit nervous about going, even if it was just a simple cleaning. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so nice. The process went quickly. They have top-of-the-line X-ray equipment and showed me my X-rays right away. I was glad it was all done at the same place too; I never had to get out of the chair. I appreciate that Dr. Babayev was efficient and friendly. He checked out a couple of spots my hygienist was worried about. He was diligent and knowledgeable. Dr. Babayev was very honest. She didn’t think the possible trouble spots were actually an issue and didn’t try to upsell me for services I didn’t need. Overall, the staff was friendly and kind, and the office was warm and inviting. I had a wonderful experience. Zero complaints! I’d recommend them to anyone.

This is a great dentist in Oakland Gardens NY. They really care about their patients, you and your dental health are their number one priority. They are easy to talk to and want to get to know you and your dental health. This helps him understand what treatments you’ll need and how to prevent future issues. His staff is full of true professionals, and they’re all kind and knowledgeable. I recently had shoulder surgery and then went into the dentist a couple weeks later. I was so sensitive that even getting slightly bumped in the shoulder would cause severe pain. They really listened to my concern, and never bumped me, even though they were working on me for an hour. This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

Having had some terrible experiences with dentists in the past, I’m pleased to finally find 5-star service at Radiance Dental. They are very popular because of their ability to do great work. All of the hygienists are wonderful. They give you a clean that lasts. I will be a patient for life. Since I finally found a practice I like, I’m not going anywhere else. They have a convenient location in Scarsdale, so there’s no terrible commute to get her. My first visit was because my crown had fallen out. They let me come in as a walk-in since it was an emergency. If you’ve procrastinated in your dental care, give Dr. Murphy a call. She’s just that good. I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

We first started coming to Elite Dental because it was on my husband's insurance list. We have continued going because Dr. Isakharov is kind, gentle, and professional. We’ve never had to wait long to get in and while everything is done thoroughly and efficiently, it’s also quick. We’ve even been in and out in less than 35 minutes for a regular cleaning and x-ray session. We both really like Dr. Isakharov.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This Rego Park dentist office is beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

I get really nervous when it comes to going to the dentist, so I have put it off for multiple years. During previous regular check-ups, my dentist would use topical anesthesia to numb my gums so that I wouldn't feel anything. At my first appointment with Dr. Azbel, I let the staff know about my extreme fear of dentists, even during a simple cleaning. They made me feel very comfortable and secure. I normally would have opted for some music or a show as a distraction, but I didn't need to. I didn't even need the numbing. I was very impressed with how professional the staff is. They certainly know their stuff. I'm so grateful to have found such a capable dentist. I will be a regular patient. My teeth have never looked as good as they do after going to Lucky Dental.

I don't think I could say enough good things about Queens Central Dental. Everyone is so welcoming and very sweet. I mean, I love going to the dentist (weird, I know!), but this place will make you love the dentist if you're not already a dentist lover in the Jackson Heights area. My family has been going to Dr. Borgella for the past three years since moving to the Bronx area. Incredible! I discovered Glendale Dental after having a terrible experience with my former dentist. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and I loved the staff. Dr. Cukier was amazing! He found a few things my previous dentist had missed. Plus, they were able to schedule my follow-up appointments for repairs very punctually and knew how to file with my insurance company. Yesterday, I had four fillings removed and replaced. The entire process when well. Dr. Cukier was very efficient. He even checked up on my later that evening to make sure I was feeling okay after the procedure. Overall, Glendale Dental deserves a perfect rating. I’m thrilled to have found such a competent dentist.

Dr. Wert is a great dentist in Washington Heights, NY. Everyone here, from the receptionist to the hygienist, is kind and easy to talk to. My appointment went longer than expected, but I didn’t mind because it gave me time to meet the staff and understand what they do in the office thoroughly. Dr. Wert listened to my questions and concerns, and he answered them thoroughly. He has a relaxed attitude, which I loved. The office is brand-new and has the latest and greatest in technology. You get to see your x-rays right way on a flat screen monitor from the dental chair. Dr. Wert spoke to me honestly and told me I need to floss more, which is something I already knew. The hygienist was also great, and I just had overall wonderful service. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I haven't actually been a patient at Dr. Lerner’s practice, but I was very impressed with their level of customer service. I recently called Dr. Lerner's office, and the receptionist helped us find another practice that could accommodate my sister's dental needs and insurance information on such short notice. The receptionist could have just hung up the phone after telling us that they couldn't take her on as a patient at that time, but instead, she was incredibly helpful and understanding. Even though my sister and I aren't patients there at this current time, it felt like we were because of the kindness that we received.

I've been seeing Dr. Sebold for 2 years now. I'm a complete worry-wart about going to the dentist, but everyone there goes out of their way to make sure patients are comfortable. Dr. Sebold is gentle and good about explaining what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and how it will be done. Not only have I not had problems with his treatments, but Dr. Sebold has also fixed dental work I had done before I became his patient! The hygienists and assistants are all excellent and very good at what they do. The billing and scheduling specialists for the Brooklyn location are also excellent - very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend Sebold DDS!
