dental-implants-or-bridge

As adolescents, we lose our deciduous teeth as a natural part of growing up. However, as adults, losing teeth is caused by oral health issues. Periodontal disease could be responsible as well. Since missing teeth at this age isn’t natural, this means issues with smile stability. You could have problems with nutritional intake. Problems articulating are a common consequence. Finally, you could risk impacting your smile alignment, or even smile’s stability. You need a permanent Guardian dentist in Moose Pass, AK who can replace missing teeth. Fortunately, Doctors Network can help you on the road to a full smile.

First, we will connect you to an amazing dentist in your area. After that, your new dentist can inspect your smile to assess your tooth loss. For minor cases, a dental bridge could be the best option, addressing one to three lost teeth in a row. For several gaps, partials could offer a solution and rebuild your smile. Finally, a complete denture or CD could be prescribed. While most fulls and partials are removable, they could be secured with titanium implants. Dental implants are secured like natural teeth, and prevent negative changes to your maxilla and mandible and facial structure following losing a tooth.

If you live in the Moose Pass area and have unsightly gaps in your smile, let us know. We can get you started on receiving bridges or dentures. Model-worthy teeth are within reach, even if you’ve suffered complete tooth loss, and even if years have gone by since that happened!

P. S. Please congratulate our dental surgeons in Nashville, TN with us this week.

sleep-apnea-treatment

When you have chronic snoring, you may not assume a dentist near you could help. In fact, Guardian dentists can provide a non-invasive option to treat sleep apnea. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) means that as you sleep, the soft tissues in the throat and the back of your mouth collapse and interrupt your sleep cycle. Patients with OSA actually stop breathing for a few seconds until the brain wakes them. Even if you believe you slept well, you could experience daytime drowsiness! But when should you contact Doctors Network to find Moose Pass, AK dentists who could offer treatment with oral appliance therapy?

Signs and symptoms of sleep apnea include chronic snoring. Daytime headaches, drowsiness, and even moodiness could be factors too. Without treatment, the condition could even strain your immune system and increase the risk of heart disease. When you notice similar signs, consider talking to a dentist. Sometimes, oral appliance therapy can be used as a CPAP alternative, so you can finally enjoy a good night’s rest.

This week we are honoring our dental practices in New York, NY.

You can’t put a price on an attractive smile, but as we get older, most of us struggle with the loss of natural teeth. Missing teeth could lead to difficulty with eating and speaking, and can even lead to an older appearance. To treat missing teeth, people often turn to dental implants. Unlike traditional prosthetics, such as bridges or removable dentures, these are connected to posts that act as new roots. Crowns or even prosthetics like full and partial dentures are securely attached to these implant posts. These then act as new roots, so your new teeth can last not ten years, but far much longer with proper care and attention.

Are you ready to address unsightly gaps with dental implants? If you want to know how much a dental implant costs near Moose Pass, you are not alone, but firstly, you should find a Moose Pass dentist who can offer implant dentistry. Doctors Network can help you with this, connecting you to a dentist who not only can address your tooth loss, but also accepts Guardian. Same-day appointments are usually available. You can even register for a Doctors Network dental plan to decrease the cost of your treatment.

The dentist will take a close look at your smile. Underlying issues such as periodontitis may need to be considered before moving forward. But once completed, your dental implants will offer quality prosthetics that look and function like natural ones!
