As children, we lose our deciduous teeth as our smile develops. However, as adults, losing teeth is caused by oral health issues. Gum disease is the number one cause. Since losing teeth at adulthood isn’t natural, this means issues with smile stability. You could have difficulties consuming solid foods. Problems speaking clearly may develop. Finally, you could risk impacting your smile alignment, or even smile’s stability. You need an experienced private dentist in Seattle, WA who can provide prosthetic dentistry. Fortunately, Doctors Network can help find a local dentist.

First, we will connect you to an awesome dentist in your area. After that, your new dentist can evaluate your smile to diagnose the conditions for your tooth loss. For minor cases, a dental bridge could be the best option, restoring smile function. For multiple gaps, partial dentures could offer a solution and restore bite function. Finally, a complete denture could be custom-made. While most fulls and partial dentures are removable, they could be stablized with dental implants. Dental implants essentially look and function like natural teeth, and stimulate bone preservation in your maxilla and mandible and facial structure following losing a tooth.

If you live in the Seattle‘s neighborhoods and have unsightly gaps in your smile, let us know. We can get you started on receiving a dental prosthetic. Model-worthy teeth are within reach, even if you’ve suffered complete tooth loss, and even if years have elapsed since that happened!

P. S. Please celebrate our dental surgeons in Nashville, TN with us this week.

Nothing feels better than an attractive smile, but as we get older, most of us struggle with the loss of natural teeth. Missing teeth could lead to trouble with eating and speaking, and can even lead to a prematurely aged appearance. To treat tooth loss, people often turn to implant-supported prosthetics. Unlike traditional prosthetics, such as dentures or bridges, these are connected to posts placed into your jaw. Crowns or even prosthetics like dentures are locked into these implant posts. These then act as new roots, so your new teeth can last not ten years, but far much longer with proper care and attention.

Are you ready to address unsightly gaps with dental implants? If you want to know how much a dental implant costs near you in Seattle, you are not alone, but firstly, you need to find a Seattle dentist who can offer prosthetic dentistry. Doctors Network can help you with this, connecting you to a dental office who not only can address your concerns about missing teeth, but also takes patients without dental insurance. Same-day appointments are usually available. You can even register for a Doctors Network membership plan to reduce the cost of your treatment.

The dentist will take a close look at your smile. Underlying oral health concerns may need to be addressed before moving forward. But once completed, your dental implants will offer replacement teeth that look and function like natural ones!

A lot happens to our smile when we lose natural teeth. Obviously, there are problems with eating a variety of meals. Even clear speech could be a problem. However, the major problem is the loss of structure in the jaw. This weakens the jaw, and could even cause patients to look older. More importantly, this leaves the smile too weak for implants. Additional treatments could be necessary to strengthen the jaw in order to make tooth replacement possible! Fortunately, Doctors Network could help you book an online appointment with a good Seattle oral and maxillofacial surgeon who is in-network with discount dental plans and performs jawbone grafting. In addition, we could also discuss our payment plans to make dental care affordable!

Ridge preservation is also referred to as ridge augmentation. Essentially this enables the dentist to preserve the ridge in your gums. Your dentist could use various sources. Tissue could be sourced from the back of the jaw or the hip. Donor materials such as freeze-dried bovine bone particles could also be used. Others recommend synthetic materials. During oral surgery, these are applied to the areas of weakened structure in the lower jawbone.

Once the area heals, biocompatible dental implants could be placed. The body will see them as natural structures. As a result, they help prevent any further breakdown in the jaw, preserving your smile. Our team can connect you to a dentist or oral surgeon in Seattle, WA who performs ridge augmentation and dental implants, and also let you know about our dental discount plan to make sure your care fits your budget!

Tooth loss could lead to multiple complications for your smile. For example, this could impact your meal options, or how clearly you can speak. But the most serious complication is the loss of integrity in the jaw. The body decreases the flow of phosphate and calcium to the areas without roots, which in turn causes bone loss and an older appearance and weakens the structure significantly. Which means you may not be able to receive dental implants to address gaps in your smile. But Doctors Network can connect you with a dentist in Seattle, WA who can shore up your jaw.

As we’ve discussed in previous posts, a bone grafting procedure helps strengthen the mandible, so it can support dental implants. But what about the the upper area? Instead of adding new tissue, your Seattle dentist could perform a sinus lift. Basically, the dentist will raise the sinus floor to induce the formation of new support structure. The new structure can support dental implants. Once the new teeth are secured, this stimulates the growth of bone tissue to prevent further breakdowns. Your new teeth then stay in place for years, possibly even a lifetime.

If you need to strengthen your weakened jawbone to support a new smile, we could help. Our team can connect you with a Seattle, WA dentist who can provide these services and takes patients without dental insurance. When your smile is strengthened and ready, dental implants could provide a whole smile again. If you don’t have dental insurance, don’t let this stand between you and good oral health. Instead, talk to our team about our Direct Dental Plan. With a monthly fee, you can have treatments discounted by as much as 90% in some situations. A full smile can happen!

It is paramount for your little ones to visit a dental professional twice a year for dental visits and cleanings. By teaching your children preventative measures to protect their teeth, you are ensuring that they have the tools to have healthy smiles for life. If you are looking for a dental office in Seattle who takes new patients, you are on the right website.

In addition to offering exams and cleanings, dentists on Doctors Network also provide your kid with protective sealants. These are thin pieces of film that go over their molars. They work as a protective film that forms a protective layer between their permanent teeth and bacteria. This ultimately prevents the risk of tooth decay by up to eighty percent. It is a simple service that is very effective at preventing cavities in the future.

Fluoride treatments are another proven tool that your pediatric dentists provide. Fluoride is a natural mineral that helps fortify your child’s enamel. While enamel is one of the most durable substances our bodies produce, it can still weaken over time. When this occurs, your little one’s teeth become more susceptible to damage. Fluoride treatment prevents this from happening. Using high-fluoride toothpaste can also help. To learn more, we invite you to schedule an appointment with one of our dental practices in Seattle.
