As kids, we lose our baby teeth over time. However, as adults, losing teeth means poor oral health. Periodontal disease leads to major tooth loss. Since missing teeth at adulthood isn’t natural, this means problems. You could have problems with nutritional intake. Problems talking could occur. Finally, you could risk negative changes to your smile alignment, or even your youthful features. You need a new private dentist in Tampa, FL who can replace missing teeth. Fortunately, Doctors Network can help find a local dentist.

First, we will help connect you to a dentist in your area. Then, your new dentist can inspect your smile to understand the factors behind your missing teeth. For mild cases, a dental bridge could be the best option, addressing one to three missing teeth in a row. For multiple gaps, partials could offer a solution and address complicated tooth loss. Finally, a complete set of dentures could be prescribed. While most complete dentures and partials are removable, they could be supported with dental implants. Dental implants act as natural teeth, and stimulate bone preservation in your jawbones and facial structure following missing a tooth.

If you live in the Tampa area and have lost your natural teeth, let us help. We can get you started on receiving a dental prosthetic. A full smile is possible, even if you’ve suffered complete tooth loss, and even if many years have gone by since that happened!

P. S. Please applaud our dental professionals in Nashville, TN with us this week.

There is no substitute for a full smile, but as we age, most of us struggle with missing teeth. Missing teeth could lead to difficulty with eating and speaking, and can even lead to bone loss in the jaw. To treat missing teeth, people often turn to dental implants. Unlike traditional options, such as dentures or bridges, these are connected to posts that act as new roots. Crowns or even prosthetics like bridges are securely attached to these implant posts. These then act as new roots, so your new teeth can last not ten years, but several decades with proper care and attention.

Are you ready to replace missing teeth with dental implants? If you want to know how much a dental implant costs near you in Tampa, you are not alone, but first, you need to find a Tampa dentist who can offer tooth replacement. Doctors Network’s search tool can help you with this, connecting you to a dentist who not only can address your concerns about missing teeth, but also accepts patients without dental insurance. You can even register for a Doctors Network membership plan to reduce the cost of your treatment.

The dentist will assess the state of your smile. Underlying oral health concerns may need to be treated before moving forward. But once completed, your dental implants will offer quality prosthetics that look and function like natural dentition!

Major problems arise when we lose natural teeth. Obviously, there are problems with consuming solid foods. Even talking clearly could be a problem. However, the major problem is the loss of structure in the jaw. This weakens the jaw, and could even cause a prematurely aged appearance. More importantly, this prevents dental implant placement. Additional treatments could be necessary to strengthen the jaw in order to prepare the gum for dental implants! Fortunately, Doctors Network could help you find a great Tampa dentist who is in-network with Obama Care and performs ridge augmentation. In addition, we could also discuss our membership plan to make care affordable!

Jawbone grafting is also referred to as ridge augmentation. Essentially this enables the dentist to rebuild jawbone structure in your gums. Your dentist could employ new tissue from multiple sources. Tissue could be sourced from the back of the jaw or the hip. Donor materials like bovine bone may be recommended too. Others recommend synthetic materials. In a surgical procedure, these are applied to the areas of weakened structure in the mandibular bone.

Once the area heals, the dental implants could be placed. The body will accept them as natural roots. As a result, they help prevent any further breakdown in the jaw, protecting facial structure. Our team can connect you to a dentist or oral surgeon in Tampa, FL who performs jawbone grafting, and also let you know about our dental discount plan to make sure your care fits in your budget!

Tooth loss could lead to several problems for your smile. For example, this could impact your nutritional intake, or how clearly you can articulate. But the most serious complication is the break down of structure in the jaw. The body reduces the flow of calcium, phosphate, and other minerals to the areas without tooth roots, which in turn causes bone loss and an aged appearance and weakens the jaw significantly. Which means you may not be able to receive dental implants to address gaps in your smile. But Doctors Network can connect you with a dentist in Tampa, FL who can make smiles ready for implants.

As discussed in previous posts, a jawbone grafting procedure helps strengthen the mandible, so it can support dental implants. But what about the the upper area? Instead of a grafting procedure, your Tampa dentist could perform a sinus lift. Basically, the dentist will raise the sinus floor to generate new tissues. The new structure can support one or more implants. Once the new teeth are secured, this stimulates the growth of bone tissue to prevent further breakdowns. Your new teeth can then stay firm for decades, possibly even a lifetime.

If you need to strengthen your weakened maxillary jawbone to support one or more dental implants, we could help. Our team can connect you with a Tampa, FL oral surgeon who can offer a sinus lift and takes uninsured patients. When your smile is strengthened and ready, dental implants could provide a full smile again. If you don’t have dental insurance, don’t let this stand between you and optimal oral health. Instead, talk to our team about our financing option. With a monthly membership fee, you can have treatments discounted by as much as 90% in some situations. A full smile is possible again!

Have you lost most of your natural teeth? If so, this could mean poor oral health, from trouble masticating a variety of foods, to difficulties talking. Your jaw loses bone density following tooth loss, which could lead to the loss of additional teeth. In some cases, a breakdown in the facial structures could develop as well. You could benefit from implant dentures not only to replace missing teeth, but also to preserve your facial structures. But what if your jaw is too weak for traditional implant dentures? Then Doctors Network can recommend a Tampa dental professional who specializes in All-On-4 procedure.

Most fixed dentures need between six and eight implants per arch. But with All-on-4, you only need four posts. Even if your jaw has lost mass and density this could still support a full set of dental restorations. No need to undergo ridge augmentation beforehand! These can also often be placed with a full set of dentures attached on the same visit. In fact, dentists often refer to them as Teeth-In-A-Day. Our team can help find best private dentists in Tampa who can provide you with a new smile. You can even schedule a dental visit.

If you are wondering how much dental implants cost, then consider registering for our Direct Dental Plan. Our membership program allows you to pay a small monthly fee, which is set by your dentist, to save significantly on your tooth replacement costs. This helps our Tampa patients find affordable dental care, and smile with confidence once again.
