When winter ends, people go out more to enjoy the beautiful weather, and of course, we want an attractive smile when we socialize, which is why many people seek to brighten their teeth. Cosmetic dentistry refers to procedures designed to fight teeth stains. Teeth stains can be removed, and teeth crowding can be treated with orthodontics. At Doctors Network, we understand the value of better oral health. We want to help you find great Fairview dentists who take on patients who have no insurance and can offer the range of treatment needed to transform your teeth.

Correcting your smile starts with a comprehensive exam with your cosmetic dentist in Fairview, AK. The doctor will carefully examine your smile. Using intraoral camera technology for a precise diagnosis, the dentist will assess the cause and extent of your esthetic concerns to come up with a tailored treatment for your smile. For stains, professional teeth whitening could brighten smiles by several shades. Dental bonding and contouring can reshape your teeth in one visit. Gum contouring employs dental lasers to reshape the gum line and correct gummy smiles. Porcelain veneers are cosmetic restorations that change a tooth’s shape and color, and for those with major misalignment, Invisalign® may be possible.

If you do not currently have a cosmetic dentist in the Fairview, AK area, we can help! Visit Doctors Network to find a provider in your area who accepts patients with no insurance. We want to help you obtain a smile that looks amazing!

Did you ever notice popping or cracking when you open your mouth? Do you have aching jaw and facial pain? If so, this could be related to a common but serious oral health issue. Around twenty-five million people in the United States suffer from TMD and teeth grinding. Without treatment, these could not only lead to painful symptoms, but actually wear down outer tooth structure! Fortunately, your friends at Doctors Network can connect you to a dental professional in Fairview, AK who accepts private patients.

While very different from one another, we often find these are related. TMJ disorder develops when the joints connecting the jaw and skull are stressed. This could cause problems opening and closing the mouth fully. Common symptoms include pain in the jaw, head, face, and neck. Bruxism means you clench or grind your teeth in your sleep. The pressure could cause jaw pain and headaches. Teeth grinding could also weaken and damage the tooth structure. This damage could lead to cavities, infection, and more. Both disorders could be caused by issues that upset bite balance, and untreated TMJ disorder could cause bruxism, and vice-versa. When you have frequent discomfort in your head and neck, you should find help. We can even connect you with a dentist in Fairview who accepts private patients.

Treatment options often vary; for some, relief is possible following dental bonding, which improves bite balance. For others, treating misalignment with orthodontic treatment could ease strain and stop symptoms. The most common option most dentists offer is an oral appliance, which fits like a night-guard. If you need to find treatment from a Fairview dentist. then contact our team!

It is imperative for your little ones to visit a pediatric dentist twice a year for checkups and cleanings. By teaching children how to take care of their teeth, you are ensuring that they have the skills to have healthy smiles for life. If you are looking for a dentist in Fairview who accepts uninsured patients, you are on the right website.

In addition to offering exams and cleanings, pediatric dentists on Doctors Network also provide your child with protective sealants. These are small pieces of BPA-free acrylic that dentists paint onto their molars. They work as a protective film that forms a protective layer between their back molars and germs. This ultimately prevents the risk of dental caries by up to eighty percent. It is a simple tool that is very effective at preventing the need for fillings in the future.

Fluoride treatments are another effective tool that your pediatric dental professionals provide. Fluoride is a naturally occurring mineral that helps fortify your child’s enamel. While enamel is one of the most protective substances our bodies produce, it can still weaken over time. When this occurs, your little one’s teeth become more susceptible to cavities. Fluoride treatment helps stop decay from occurring. Using fluoride toothpaste can also help. To learn more, please schedule an appointment with one of our pediatric dentists in Fairview.

Many people would be ecstatic to have a whiter smile. When you venture down the aisles of any drug store, you see numerous products that tout their teeth whitening abilities. If you have purchased any of these, you know that they almost always provide unsatisfying results. However, professional tooth whitening can actually provide a brighter smile. If you are looking for a dentist in Fairview, AK that works with patients with no dental coverage, we can help you find one that offers professional tooth whitening.

When you visit your Fairview dental care provider, they can provide you with either an in-office or at-home treatment option. With the in-office option, you will typically be out within about an hour, and you will have noticeably whiter teeth. When you visit the office for whitening, your dentist will apply a special bleaching gel that, when activated by a special light, will get rid of stains.

If you would prefer to get whitening at home, your dentist will give you a set of custom trays that you can fill with a safe whitening solution. You will wear these for a couple of hours each day for roughly 2 weeks. Once this treatment is done, you will have a brighter smile. If you would like to schedule a visit online with a Fairview dentist that accepts patients with no dental coverage, we can help you find the best ones.

If it has been at least half a year since you last went to a dentist, you should schedule a checkup soon. When you go in for consistent dental checkups, your dentist can thoroughly examine your mouth to make sure nothing is awry. This helps prevent cavities from occurring, minimizing the chance of needing more invasive procedures at a later time. If you are looking for a dentist in Fairview, AK that takes self-pay patients we can help you find a great match.

To begin your visit, a hygienist will clean your teeth thoroughly. This will remove plaque that is hard to remove at home — even with great brushing and flossing habits. The dental cleaning will leave your mouth feeling fresh.

Once your cleaning is done, your Fairview dentist will begin his examination. During this portion of your appointment, the dentist will thoroughly look at your mouth to identify any potential problems. If they find anything amiss, they can provide treatment options. The Fairview practice we set you up with will offer a wide range of services to address a variety of dental complications. If you visit the dentist regularly they can keep track of the health of your mouth. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a consultation with a dentist that accepts self-pay patients, we can help you find a great one.
