tooth-bonding

If you have a chipped tooth or one that is stained, then you might need cosmetic dentistry. With contouring and dental bonding in Benton, AL, these and other cosmetic imperfections can be corrected in only one sitting. At Doctors Network, we can help connect you with a adult dentist in Benton, AL who takes new patients and provides the comprehensive treatments you need. You may be surprised to discover just how much cosmetic dentistry can do in one visit.

Tooth-colored bonding repairs aesthetic concerns using a metal-free material. The bonding material, a mixture of glass-like and acrylic particles, is shaded and placed in several layers. Benton cosmetic dentists also use the same material for fillings. With contouring, the dentist actually sands the outer tooth enamel or restoration to correct your damaged or malformed tooth.

This week we are celebrating our Brooklyn dental professionals. Using these two treatments, these dentists will be able to reshape malformed teeth, tackle dental emergencies, mask unattractive teeth stains, and close embarrassing gaps between teeth.

The first step toward a new smile is a comprehensive exam with your dentist in Benton, AL. The doctor will carefully assess your cosmetic concerns. Using digital technology for a precise diagnosis, the dentist will assess the extent and cause of your esthetic concerns to find a tailored treatment for your smile. For stains, professional teeth whitening could correct discolored teeth. Dental bonding and contouring can repair teeth and mask imperfections in one visit. Have you ever noticed popping or cracking when you open your mouth? Do you have aching jaw and facial pain? If so, this could be related to widespread jaw joint disorders. Around 25 million people in the United States suffer from TMD and teeth grinding. Without treatment, these could not only cause pain, but actually damage the teeth too! Fortunately, your friends at Doctors Network can find the right dental professional in Benton, AL who accepts patients with no insurance.

While very different from one another, these two disorders are often related. TMJ disorder develops when the joints connecting the jaw and skull are stressed. This could cause problems when you eat or speak. Common symptoms include pain in the jaw, head, and neck. Bruxism means you grind or clench your teeth nightly. The stress caused by grinding could cause jaw pain and headaches. Teeth grinding could also damage teeth. This damage could lead to cavities, infection, and more. Both disorders could be caused by issues that cause bite imbalance, and untreated TMJ disorder could lead to bruxism, and vice-versa. When you have frequent discomfort in your head and neck, you should find help. We can even connect you with a dental professional in Benton who accepts patients with no insurance.

There are, however, multiple treatment options available; for some, relief is possible following crown placement, which improves bite balance. For others, treating misalignment with Invisalign could ease strain and stop symptoms. The most common option offered by most dentists is an oral appliance, which fits like a mouthguard. If you need to find treatment from a Benton dentist. then contact our team!

Cavities are common threats to oral health, and without attention could lead to tender infections or even the increased risk of tooth loss. When you have dental pain that continues for more than a day, then you likely have a cavity that needs filling. If you have tooth pain, and you need to find a dentist near you who treats patients with no dental insurance, search for dentists in Benton on Doctors Network.

Tooth Decays form when the outer layer of enamel is weakened. The erosion of the enamel often occurs due to poor oral hygiene habits, such as not brushing and flossing regularly. A diet high in unhealthy foods is another common factor. Once a cavity forms, it will grow unless treated, and lack of treatment could actually mean worsening pain and an abscessed tooth. Common warning signs include aching teeth. When you notice pain in a tooth, don’t procrastinate. Our network can help connect you with a dentist in Benton for caries risk assessment.

Treating a case of tooth decay often means placing a composite restoration. First, the dentist will remove the bacteria from the tooth. Next, metal or composite resin material is added to the tooth. The dentist then shapes the filling as it cures. The entire process only takes one appointment. A restoration helps stop discomfort and protects the smile from complications such as infections. If you need to find out the tooth bonding cost with no dental insurance in Benton, AL, then talk to our team. You can even sign up for a dental plan and request an online appointment. We can help you find the right dentist for your dental treatments!

It is important for your little ones to visit a pediatric dentist on a biannual basis for checkups and cleanings. By teaching children great oral health habits, you are ensuring that they have the tools to have healthy smiles for ever. If you are looking for a pediatric dentist in Benton who accepts patients with no dental insurance, you are on the right website.

In addition to offering examinations and cleanings, dentists on Doctors Network also provide your child with dental sealants. Sealants are thin layers of film that go on top of their back teeth. They work as a protective film that forms a protective layer between their adult teeth and germs. This ultimately prevents the risk of cavities by up to 80%. It is a simple treatment that is very effective at preventing cavities in the future.

Fluoride treatments are another effective tool that your pediatric dental professionals provide. Fluoride is a naturally occurring mineral that helps bolster your children’s enamel. While enamel is one of the strongest substances our bodies produce, it can still weaken over time. When this occurs, your kid’s teeth become more susceptible to cavities. Fluoride treatment prevents this from happening. Using high-fluoride toothpaste can also help. To learn more, we invite you to schedule an appointment with one of our dental practices in Benton.

Over 16% of Alabama residents are over the age of 65, while almost 23% are under the age of 18. For both age groups, personalized dental care is especially important. Older patients often require restoration or prosthodontic care to replace lost teeth; younger patients may need additional ongoing preventive measures, such as orthodontics, to avoid more serious issues later in life. On top of routine general dental care, treatment for seniors and children can cause the costs of your family’s dental care to skyrocket. Fortunately, Doctors Network offers families throughout Alabama a highly affordable alternative to managing dental care costs with a direct dental plan.
