In 2002, Dr. Drozdowski Maule joined the Community Health Center and served as the agency's Chief Dental Officer between the years 2005 and 2014. All of the hygienists are wonderful. They give you a clean that lasts. I will be a patient for life. Since I finally found a practice I like, I’m not going anywhere else. They have a convenient location in Scarsdale, so there’s no terrible commute to get her. My first visit was because my crown had fallen out. They let me come in as a walk-in since it was an emergency. If you’ve procrastinated in your dental care, give Dr. Murphy a call. She’s just that good. I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.
