Dr. Melissa Liao’s passion in life is helping others. As a dentist, she has volunteered her skills and services internationally on missionary trips and has provided free dental care to people in Haiti and Honduras. She has been a practicing general dentist in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, for 3 years and has enjoyed every minute of it. She strives to provide her community with only the highest-quality health care.

Dr. Liao grew up in Taiwan. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2016 at the Indiana University School of Dentistry. After completing her education, she moved to Hawaii and has stayed there since.
