I used to go to another dentist for my routine cleaning, but they told me that I chipped my filling and that a cavity started to form under it. They said to fix it, I’d need a crown, which was going to cost me over $2,000. Since this dentist was out of network for me anyway, I decided to find an in-network dentist to do the dental work. Dr. Solemaninejad and his team were very warm, and they squeezed me in pretty quickly. He said that I could just get a filling and that I didn’t need the crown, but he didn’t outright say that my old dentist was wrong either. He just suggested the filling before considering a crown. Like a lot of people, I don’t like going to the dentist, but Dr. Solemaninejad and his staff made my visit simple and pain free. I spent a lot less money here too, and the experience was pretty fantastic. The office is beautiful and clean, and they have a TV you can watch. I switched to Dr. Solemaninejad at Great Smile Dental a year ago because they accepted my insurance and because their location in Arlington, VA is super convenient (close to my house and on my way to work). I’m so happy I found them because they are fantastic! They fit me in right away in the morning before work, so I don’t need to take time off. Plus, they get me in and out in about a half hour, which is much faster than other dental offices I’ve been to. The staff is considerate and welcoming - no complaints there! But Dr. Solemaninejad is the reason I keep coming back. I have a permanent retainer on the back of my bottom teeth, and it’s such a hassle to keep clean between checkups. So many of my old dentists and hygienists complained to me about it, but they never showed me how to properly care for it. Dr. Solemaninejad is the only one who taught me how to take care of it, and my procedures have gone really well ever since! The only bad thing is that they tend to confirm my appointment more than once, which can get pretty annoying because it shows a lack of in-office communication. But aside from that - highly recommended!

Then just three days after my initial consult, they took pictures and did the molds for my invisible braces. The woman who helped me that day was great! I was so impressed with this dental office that I couldn’t stop talking about them! They went above and beyond in so many ways and made me feel like their only patient. I’ve been seeing Dr. Solemaninejad for many years now. He’s fixed my crooked teeth, which was actually because of my crooked jaw, so my braces as a kid did nothing. He adjusted my teeth, and now, my front teeth line up perfectly! He and his staff have helped prevent some serious gum problems. The hygienists always do a great job cleaning my teeth and try out the latest and greatest techniques. They offer both advice and encouragement. I am an older man, and a lot of my friends have gum disease. But now, many of them started going to Great Smile Dental. My kids also went to Dr. Solemaninejad, and that’s where they learned how to care for their teeth. My son also had a crooked jaw, but Dr. Solemaninejad helped him get the jaw surgery and outstanding orthodontics he needed. Now, they look great! I thought I needed a wisdom tooth removed, so I came here. They found out that my second molar didn’t have enough space to grow so they removed some tissues and then gave me some medicine for it. Dr. Solemaninejad and his team were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to during the whole thing. I felt very comfortable here.
