After serving as the associate dentist at South Austin Family Dental for nearly twelve years, Dr. Shelby Knight took the next step in his career by purchasing the practice in January 2020. As an associate, he had the opportunity to build strong, lasting connections with his patients, and he truly appreciates the trust they invest in his skills and decisions.

Dr. Knight earned his undergraduate degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown and completed his dental degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio Dental School in 2008. Residing in South Austin, he enjoys listening to live music, collecting vinyl records, woodworking, and traveling. He is particularly excited to be working alongside his sister, Dr. Miranda Torrey.
