About Dr. Sanandaji
Dr. Sanandaji earned his DDS degree at New York University College of Dentistry in 1995. He has over 20 years’ experience, is proficient in all areas of general dentistry, and is currently an attending dentist at Southside Hospital. He places an emphasis on family and cosmetic dentistry, including Implants, laser dentistry and Invisalign, for which he has been voted one of the Elite providers for 2015. He maintains a level of dental excellence through current literature review, extensive continuing education and training. Dr. Sanandaji uses state of the art techniques and equipment designed to speed healing and eliminate pain. He listens closely to his patients to gain an understanding of what they would like to accomplish, then creates a treatment plan that is specific to their needs and always uses the most appropriate and successful technology and procedures available. Dr. Sanandaji takes great pride in the quality of treatment and care he provides for his patients and the confidence they entrust in him. He values the doctor-patient relationships in each and every case.

Everyone here, from Dr. Sanandaji and the dental assistant to the front desk support were all wonderful. I don't usually like going to the dentist, and I had a bad experience as a kid and dentists who just don’t care about their patients as an adult. But Dr. Sanandaji made me realize that there are good dentists out there in Islip. They listened to me and very thoroughly explained everything that was going on. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I’ve had my new patient appointment and a follow-up appointment to get a filling done. This place and people provide amazing customer service, I would recommend them.
I recently changed my dentist, and I feel very lucky to have found this place. Everyone here is wonderful, from the receptionist to the dental hygienist, to Dr. Sanandaji. Everyone is kind and friendly.
