Dr. Mishra makes knows how to put his patients at ease. You relax so much that you temporarily forget you’re actually at the dentist’s office getting your teeth worked on. I know it sounds odd, but I actually like going to the dentist. Dr. Mishra is my go-to. I love the quality of customer service Dr. Mishra offers. The staff is incredibly inviting. The insurance specialist, assistants, Dr. Mishra--everyone here is exceptional at communicating what they’re doing and why they are doing it. The make sure you are well cared for. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my dental needs. I’ll be referring my friends.

Dr. Mishra’s Brooklyn office is clean and easy to find. I love the fact that the x-rays only take a matter of seconds. I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room. Dr. Mishra was thorough in his exam. The whole staff made sure to explain exactly what they were doing and why in advance. It was also really cool to see the inside of my mouth. They give out lots of free samples too. I love this place!

I love going to Dr. Mishra. This is the first dental office I actually liked. I used to dread the dentist, but that was before I discovered Dr. Mishra. I’m very particular about what I look for in a dental office. I want good service, mainly a staff that accommodates your needs. I’ve had my teeth whitened here, and they let me choose my own show to watch. Dr. Mishra is excellent. He’s very gentle and explains what he is doing so that you can feel more comfortable. I used to be terrified of needles, but since coming here, I’ve conquered that phobia. I’ve been to multiple dentists; I’ve even worked for one. There’s a big difference between an okay dentist and a good dentist. Dr. Mishra is one of the latter. He sets the standard for other Brooklyn dentists.

It’s been 3 years since I’ve been to a dentist because I’m extremely afraid of dentists. I had a dental emergency, so I browsed online reviews to try to find the best dentist for me. I decided to give Dr. Mishra a try. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, and they even stayed open after hours to help me. The staff was very accommodating and kind. Definitely 5-star service. I am no longer nervous about going to the dentist. Parking is great. If you’re nervous about going to the dentist, give Dr. Mishra a call. He’s one of the best in Brooklyn.

All I can say is wow! I had great service, everything from the inviting receptionists to the excellent teeth cleaning and whitening experience. It was an excellent experience. After my cleaning, my teeth were smooth and shiny. I just started a new job, and now I have a new smile to go with it. I would give Dr. Dev Mishra a million stars if I could.

Prior to being seen, there was an emergency wisdom tooth procedure for the patient ahead of me. The staff apologized immensely for the delay. I was dreading getting a deep clean. I wanted the results, but I was nervous it would hurt. It was honestly the least painful experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Mishra walked me through the entire process and was very attentive, which really eased my anxiety. I could ramble about the greatness of this practice all day. Dr. Mishra is just that good!

I love Dr. Mishra’s practice. I have never been treated so well by a dental staff. It is evident that they truly care about their patients. I trust Dr. Mishra immensely. She was gentle but was able to remove all the built-up plaque, so my teeth feel clean, and my smile is brighter. I didn’t feel any pain! The hygienist and dental assistants are highly-skilled. The financial consultant was really helpful when it came to understanding billing. I’ve been back for multiple visits, and it’s been great. I always get phenomenal customer service! Dr. Mishra does a great job. He and his staff really care about your health and comfort. You’re more than just a patient to them, even if the office is busy. I found a deal at this dental office through an online service, yet when I came into this clinic, I was not treated like a “bargain patient.” Dr. Mishra, his staff, and the equipment are incredible. I haven’t been to a dental clinic in a long time due to my anxiety, but this clinic in Brooklyn, NY calmed my nerves. After the exam, I was informed that I needed much more than just a cleaning. They honored my discount to the service I needed and did not charge extra for the exam and x-ray. The clinic is very clean, welcoming, and warm. Parking has not been an issue for me either. My deep cleaning went well, Dr. Mishra numbed my mouth as painless as possible. The support staff did an excellent job working with me even without insurance. This will be my office for now on!

It was a surprisingly calm experience. In addition to being pain-free, the dental work is of the highest quality around. Dr. Mishra’s office in Brooklyn, NY has created such a relaxing, professional, personable environment. I love it! The office was so clean during my last visit. They offer so many things to make you comfortable during your stay there. I, unfortunately, showed up late, but they were still able to get me in within five minutes of my arrival. I had an excellent experience at Dr. Mishra’s clinic in Brooklyn, NY. I ended up needing a tooth extraction which was not pleasant, but their team made it as painless as possible. Dr. Mishra checked on me regularly and made sure I was ok and that he didn’t under deliver or over deliver on the anesthetic. An hour or two afterword, he followed up with me and said I can call him if any problems arise. I definitely recommend this dental clinic. They offer you so many amenities and keep you comfortable while you are in their care. They were extremely efficient during my x-rays; the process was over before I knew it began. I fell in love with this office in Brooklyn, NY especially after how I was treated during some fillings and wisdom teeth extraction. Everything that they have done for me I didn’t feel pain once! I have visited a few dentist offices, but I have to say it's one of the better offices that I have been in. The x-ray process was so easy. They don’t have those thick x-ray tabs that they have to force into your mouth due to the technological advances. I did have one issue at this Brooklyn, NY clinic with billing, but Dr. Mishra contacted me and was able to explain why it occurred like it did and offered me a discount for my future services. I was also apologized to by the receptionist. I was afraid to go back in for a filling, but the entire ordeal was painless. This was the first time I had a filling where I didn’t ask for my whole mouth to be numbed. Dr. Mishra is exceptionally skilled and good at his job. And he genuinely cares about your dental health, which seems hard to find these days. All of my experiences have been pretty much pain-free. I wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone with dentist phobias, that offer superb pricing, and a high level of quality care.

Dr. Dev Mishra and his staff are extremely friendly; it’s the best dental practice I’ve ever been to. It has a calming environment with a personable staff. As a wife of an autistic husband who is terrified of dentists due to previous poor experiences, I cannot recommend Dr. Mishra enough. He is very accommodating to my husband’s special needs. When my husband first got in the dental chair today, he was nervous before the drilling and filling even started, but by the end of the appointment, he was perfectly calm. I switched to Dr. Mishra’s practice because I had grown increasingly dissatisfied with my previous dentist. I’m so glad I did because Dr. Mishra is great. His staff is phenomenal. They are professional but still inviting. A couple weeks ago, I had a couple root canals done. I moved to Brooklyn a year ago, and when I did, I had a mouth chock full of cavities since I had procrastinated going to the dentist for so long. My teeth were in terrible shape. Dr. Mishra was very upfront about the fact that I’d eventually need root canals. Over the period of about a month or so, I had 9 cavities filled and informed me about how to better care of my teeth. Dr. Mishra and his staff are very kind. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at any point when I was there so they could fix my broken tooth. They got me ASAP because they knew I had an emergency. I went in again and they were able to get my crown done in one day, and it only took a couple of hours. They really understand that your time is valuable and don’t make you come in multiple times. I’ve been a patient at Dr. Mishra in City Line, Brooklyn for a little over a year now. A friend told me about how awesome this place, and so I went because they took my delta dental insurance when my former office didn’t. They are truly the best. They are very kind and friendly, and quality service is their top priority. They would never trick me into getting a procedure I didn’t need, which is something I’ve had happen at other dentist offices. I can’t recommend them enough, they are truly the best.
