I love Dr. Shnayderman and her staff at Marine Park Dental in Brooklyn, NY! They’re always so accommodating, sweet, informative, and professional. Take today for example. I showed up to my appointment, but my employer changed insurance providers. I didn’t even think about what I needed to do for it. They take me back and the hygienist starts examining my teeth. Then someone from the front office comes back and asks to see my dental insurance card because I accidentally gave her my medical insurance card. After I give her the dental card, she comes back again because I had accidentally given her the wrong one, but she was still being so nice about it. Then she comes back to tell me that the new insurance doesn’t cover me. So I had to call my HR rep to fix the problem while they wait for me to figure it out. I felt terrible because I knew it was going to take even longer to finish my appointment, which messed up her schedule. Even though it was my fault, everyone was so sweet, patient, and helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about this dentist office! Thanks for being so calm and collected during this situation! That aside, they are always investing in the best equipment and following best practices to ensure patient comfort. Their cleaning equipment is so much friendlier to those with braces, so thank you for that! Strongly recommend this great establishment!

I told my coworker, who then referred me to Dr. Shnayderman. I called them, and they got me in right away. I used some PTO and went on over. I arrived, filled out all the necessary forms, and then waited for a few minutes before they called me to the back. Dr. Shnayderman looked at my x rays and tests and confirmed that I needed a root canal. She did it right then and there, and I felt no pain! She was awesome! I’m so glad I found this place. I’m pregnant, and I was worried about getting x-rays done. A lot of places won’t do a cleaning without x-rays, but the people here listened to my concerns and didn’t do an x-ray and still did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. I hadn’t been to the dentist in Brooklyn in a long time, which made me anxious about the shape of my teeth, but they made me feel as comfortable as possible. They didn’t shame me or make any comments about how long it had been for me. I felt great. They went through everything thoroughly, I learned a lot. My teeth look super clean, and I feel great. I’m excited to go back after my daughter is born, so I can get a complete cleaning and x-rays. Their hours are great too for anyone with a busy schedule. They’re open when most places are closed.
