About Dr. Rafailov
Unlike dental insurance, a direct dental plan with Dr. Rafailov and Doctors Network is a membership that gives you access to significant discounts on almost all of our services. Everyone can join for a low monthly fee of $39.99 and a one-time activation fee of the equal amount. The cost of membership is typically a fraction of most dental insurance premiums.
Patients who sign up for a direct dental plan through our office in Brooklyn can attend routine preventive exams and cleanings for only $25 per visit. This includes X-rays, when necessary, and the cost does not change no matter how many times you visit per year. When cosmetic or restorative treatment is required, the costs of your treatment will be discounted by up to 90%, including fillings, dental crowns, dental implants, Invisalign® and more.

My daughter and I just started going to Bright White Dental. 2 different friends recommended this office in Brooklyn. I’ve been very satisfied with the care we’ve received. The front office ladies are kind and very helpful with figuring out scheduling, billing insurance, and figuring out payments. The hygienists do a great, thorough job and they’re honest with me and have given me some great tips on how to take care of my teeth. Dr. Rafailov is very nice. I have gotten a couple crowns and other dental work here. I always have great experiences here. He even offered to replace my mouth guard with no charge if I wanted a thinner one, and he said it would make me more comfortable. I haven’t decided if I’m going to do it yet. They take great care of my 14 year old daughter too.
Dr. Rafailov is great. When I cracked a tooth because of biting into a hard cookie he was able to fit me in and get me a temporary crown, and there was zero pain. He numbed my lip with a topical, and when he gave me the shot I didn’t feel anything. They even gave me some headphones so I couldn’t hear any of the drilling. Everyone here seems to enjoy their jobs, and they’re all very friendly. Dr. Rafailov is much nicer than my previous dentist in Brooklyn, and after reading his profile he seems like a true professional and I’m excited to work with him. When I saw him the first time he explained everything to me.
I’ve been a patient at Bright White Dental in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn for a couple years now. I’ve gotten cleanings, a scaling, multiple crowns, Invisalign, and whitening, and I’ve been satisfied with everything Dr. Rafailov and his staff have done. You can tell he loves what he does, and it shows in the high quality he provides. My teeth look great thanks to him. He has a variety of solutions at his hands, and takes the least invasive approach to every procedure. The staff is always kind, easy to talk to, and patient they are all awesome. I’ve told all my friends about his place, and they all love it. I recently moved to Boston, but am going to be flying to New York for my dental needs, that’s how great this place is.
