Dr. Derek M. Lichter, DDS, graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS) in South Africa and has practiced dentistry in the United States, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.

He is a proud member of several professional organizations, including the California Dental Association (CDA), American Dental Association (ADA), the San Diego County Dental Society (SDCDS), and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS) and Alpha Omega.

Dr. Lichter is dedicated to providing outstanding patient care and continuously enhances his expertise through ongoing education to stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry.

His wife, Robyn, is actively involved in the office, and together they have two daughters, Megan and Kelly. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Lichter is a passionate soccer enthusiast and still enjoys playing the sport.
