This office has an awesome dentist and staff. They are knowledgeable and kind. They provide quality dental care. They let you fill out a questionnaire about your treatment plan so that they can best serve you. They explain treatment options and procedures thoroughly. The office has a comfortable feel to it and the staff is always kind. They understand that the dentist can make people anxious. I needed to find a general dentist in Forest Hills, NY after moving here, which made me extremely nervous. I did my research on a sedation dentist in the area and found Soft Touch Dental Care. I’ve had problems with being numb at the dentist in the past, so I wanted to find a new dentist who would help me fix this. I did some research and called and emailed different dentist offices. Dr. Normatov’s office responded quickly. I hate when a business doesn’t respond to me quickly. I was able to get an initial appointment for the day after they called me back. I didn’t have to wait long at all when I got there.

I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.
