I was in a lot of pain when I finally went in to see Dr. Hassid When I called the receptionist was very understanding and was able to get me in the next day. Once I got there I signed in and waited for 30 minutes before I went into the back. Dr. Hassid came in and thoroughly explained the procedure. I had a lot of questions and concerns, but she listened to them all and was very reassuring. She was very friendly. I was able to pick the music I wanted to listen to, which helped calm me down. I felt no pain during the procedure. She didn’t rush through my procedure, but she was very thorough. She recommended pain meds, but I have had no pain, which is amazing! Thank you Dr. Hassid for your help and kindness. She was very easy to talk to. I’ve always heard terrible things about root canals but Dr. Hassid made it a painless and easy procedure. I look forward to coming back The staff is kind and easy to talk to. They made me laugh a lot. I’m no longer afraid of the dentist thanks to Dr. Hassid.! Best dentist in New York!
I hate the dentist, but Dr. Hassid made me feel very comfortable. I walked in one day, extremely nervous and on the verge of walking out. But the friendly office staff convinced me to stay, and I’m glad I did. The staff and technicians were kind and professional. They made me feel totally comfortable. Without the incredible front office staff, I probably would not have stayed today. I’m so happy I’ve overcome my fear of the dentist and would recommend her to anyone in Franklin Square, NY.
I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. I needed my teeth cleaned and even some teeth extracted. Dr. Hassid did a double root canal, a couple bridges, and some implants. The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like family coming here, and anyone in the area should check them out.
