Dr. Hang Pham was raised in Orange County as one of seven siblings, where she learned the importance of support, discipline, and gratitude from her parents. These values have shaped her both personally and professionally, guiding her on a path where helping others is at the core of her mission. Inspired by her childhood dentist, Dr. Pham began working as a part-time dental assistant while attending college full-time. After experiencing a difficult dental appointment as a child, she became passionate about making dental visits comfortable and stress-free for others, especially those who share her childhood fears. Dr. Pham earned her undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from California State University, Long Beach, before pursuing her dental degree at the University of California, San Francisco, School of Dentistry, where she received a Dean’s Scholarship. Although leaving her family and familiar surroundings was a significant challenge, it became a defining experience that helped her grow both as a person and as a dentist. Today, Orange County will always be her home, where she returned after her studies. Committed to advancing her skills, Dr. Pham constantly seeks out new learning opportunities. She invested 264 hours at the KOIS Center in Seattle in 2021, one of the leading dental education programs in the U.S., to further hone her expertise. This investment allows her to bring cutting-edge, evidence-based treatments to her patients, ensuring better results and long-lasting smiles. Since 2010, Dr. Pham has been the proud owner of All Day Smile in Fullerton, a practice that feels more like a close-knit family than a traditional dental office. She takes pride in transforming smiles and improving the dental experiences of patients of all ages, especially those who may feel nervous about visits. Beyond her work, Dr. Pham enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, a passion she shares with her family and friends. Her parents’ tradition of hosting gatherings full of love and laughter is something she continues to pass down. Married since 2011 to her best friend, Dr. Pham is also a proud mother to two daughters, McKenzie and Aubrey. As her children grow older, she’s committed to maintaining a healthy balance between her career and family life, cherishing moments spent with loved ones.
