Dr. Frank Chang earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2003, and further advanced his training with a prestigious endodontic internship at the same institution. With more than seventeen years of experience practicing in Southern Orange County, Dr. Chang has developed a well-rounded expertise in all areas of dentistry, specializing in cosmetic and family dentistry.
