Not too long ago, I had a tooth emergency, and at the time, I didn’t have a regular dentist. I’d driven by Dr. Ost’s office often while on my way to my job, and they were in my network, so I decided to give them a chance. I called on a Monday morning and was able to be seen that same afternoon. The office was tidy, calm, and inviting. I saw Dr. Ost that day. He was very friendly and personable. He even took the extra time to explain what he’d seen on my x-rays. He reattached my bridge, which had come loose, and gave me a complete exam and cleaning. I am happy to say that I now have a regular dentist. I cannot recommend Dr. Ost and his staff enough.

It was very easy to schedule appointments for both of my kids last week. The staff was meticulous and prompt. It was nice to see that all our insurance information was prepared and checked in advance so that there were no surprises. The exams, x-rays, and cleanings were all done thoroughly but punctually, which was pleasing for me because both my kids have braces, and they were a little overdue for the semi-annual appointment. I normally find it very difficult to trust dentists, but I trust Dr. Ost and his staff. They are very knowledgeable and see to it that you are at ease with the procedure. Prior to administering anesthesia, they take your blood pressure. It’s nice to see that they care about the patient as a whole, not just their mouth. The treatments are necessary, not just to line their pockets. They are also rather conservative with treatment too. For example, instead of just doing a filling like most dentists would have done, Dr. Ost wanted to watch the area to see if it got worse. The hygienist is very gentle. I love going there and getting my teeth cleaned. I look forward to visiting Dr. Ost’s office. It’s an added drive for me, but it is definitely worth it. I highly recommend Dr. Ost and his staff.

You never have to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room. I had 4 fillings done recently. I didn’t experience any pain, and once the novocaine wore off, I could tell everything fit as it should. I didn’t need any adjustments. Dr. Ost is great! I appreciated the reasonable pricing. I went to Dr. Ost’s practice for a teeth cleaning today. The clinic is very clean, and the staff is very helpful. The hygienist who performed my cleaning was wonderful. I have a terminal neurological disease which causes muscles spasms in my neck and jaw. The spasms have led to me breaking multiple teeth. It probably goes without saying that I have tremendous pain. My medical needs require that I have full sedation, so I needed to find a dental clinic that would not only be able to address my unique situation but also schedule me for appointments right away. I did an online search, which led me to Dr. Ost. The staff is exceptional during every step of the process. Dr. Ost was incredibly professional and very willing to accommodate my illness. The anesthesia part was simple. I fell asleep and when I woke up, I felt safe. I feel so much better now. If you have special medication needs, go to Dr. Ost. He really knows how to put patients at ease.

Dr. Ost and his staff do excellent work. They truly value their work and work hard to save you money. While other dentists work through people quickly to get as many people as possible into their chair in a day with minimal effort, Dr. Ost takes his time. Other dentists wanted to pull 20 teeth out of my mouth in a very short time frame, but Dr. Ost was able to save a lot of those teeth so that they didn’t need to be pulled. He makes sure his work is of high quality, and for that reason, I would highly recommend Dr. Ost.

The staff at Ridge Dental Associates are very professional, kind, and willing to work with you on any problem you may have. They work very efficiently and have really nice uniforms. The was amazing, she helped me understand my insurance and the price I would pay for the work I was getting done. The office is very unique, old rock n’ roll plays in the background while you’re getting your teeth cleaned and they even have customized decor and one of a kind collectibles, which the staff will happily give you a tour of and tell you the story behind each piece. Very creative. Dr. Ost is a blessing to dentistry. He never made me feel ashamed about my dental health. He was very thorough with explanation of all the treatment options I had, including the risks and benefits of each. He explained everything in layman terms, made me feel comfortable, and answered any questions I had. I had some doubts about the procedures, but he made me feel relaxed. I had a leftover root from a wisdom tooth removed by and the procedure went very well, I recovered quickly. Dr. Ost and his assistant make a great team. He is very charming. Thank you for the wonderful care.

I am truly petrified of the dentist, but Dr. Ost makes me feel comfortable. He keeps his patients informed about everything he's doing and going to be doing. He makes sure you’re relaxed. He has these great mouth pieces that act as a bite guard as well as a guard from keeping stuff from going to the back of your throat while he's working on you. This helps keep the patient relaxed. If the idea of going to the dentist scares you, I would definitely check this place out. My entire family comes here now.
