They told me I had three cavities and needed a night guard. The quote they gave me was not cost-effective, so I decided to look elsewhere for the dental care that I needed. Dr. Kohanzadeh told me that he could do that procedure right then. It only took about 10 minutes. The filling did not hurt, and I didn't even need to be numbed. Overall, the experience, including x-rays, a check-up, a cleaning, and the filling cost me half of what it would have at the previous dentist I had been to. I found this location due to being so close to my home, and they seem to have hours that work well around my schedule. The front desk staff are so friendly and got me situated quickly. They proceeded with my x-rays and got a before photo with my smile. The dentist took the time to walk me through the process and gave me a variety of options with how to attack it. I went ahead and got the traditional braces, does it suck yes, but I’m not ready to pay an extra two thousand dollars out of pocket to get Invisalign. The support staff then went over the total cost for everything before proceeding, and I got my appointments set for follow-ups right there. I have absolutely no complaints. Dr. Kohanzadeh is just incredible.

I need to update my previous review. My 16 year old son just had all 4 of his wisdom teeth removed last week and Dr. Kohanzadeh and his staff did an amazing job. He did an amazing job taking care of my son, awesome patient care. Previous review: Double thumbs up! The office is very clean. The staff is wonderful, they gave my kids tips on how to keep their teeth clean and keep cavities away. My kids actually had fun at the dentist. The billing department explained how much the visit cost and how much my United Healthcare dental insurance would cover that cost. I didn’t want to change our dentist when our insurance changed, but I’m very happy with this dentist in Great Neck, NY.
