Dr. Edward J. Formica, D.D.S., completed his dental training at UCLA and has been serving the Hemet Valley community since 1990. As an active member of several professional organizations, Dr. Formica is involved with the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, Tri-County Dental Society, and the Hemet/San Jacinto Exchange Club. He is also a participant in the Western Science Board, Healthy Valley Foundation, and the Valley Trails Alliance.

Dr. Formica’s dental offices are conveniently located in Hemet, and he is proud to serve the surrounding areas, including Menifee, Homeland, San Jacinto, Perris, Winchester, French Valley, Nuevo, Anza, Temecula, Idyllwild, and Murrieta.
