Dr. Kenneth Winokur served his community on a cattle ranch and plywood mill before discovering that his true calling in life was dentistry. He graduated 3rd in his class from OHSU Dental School in Portland, OR with his dental degree. He then completed an advanced training program at the VA Hospital in Portland. In 1985, he opened his private practice in Independence and has been helping the members of his community achieve better health and confidence in their smiles ever since.
