Dr. Gonzalez is a highly skilled Periodontist specializing in a wide range of periodontal procedures, including dental implants, bone grafting, extractions, gum grafts, treatment for periodontal disease (gum disease), and laser surgery. He frequently collaborates with restorative dentists and prosthodontists, particularly his wife, Dr. Shila Sharifi.

Dr. Gonzalez completed his dental education at Boston University School of Dental Medicine, where he also completed his post-doctoral program in Periodontics and earned a Master of Science in Oral Biology. He served as a faculty member at BU School of Dental Medicine for seven years. In 2007, he was honored with the "Outstanding Achievement and Excellence in Patient and Practice Management" award by Dean Frankl.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Gonzalez enjoys beach outings, swimming, salsa dancing, spinning, and traveling. He is deeply passionate about his work and the positive impact it has on his patients' lives.
