I ordered Invisalign. I was starting to get nervous about getting them because they arrived two weeks late. Apparently, that’s not uncommon. I’m very confident in Dr. Rosen and his staff. I had great visits for my root canal. Dr. Rosen was phenomenal. The staff worked with me to find a payment plan while waiting for my insurance to kick in. The staff also checked on my frequently to make sure I wasn’t in any pain once I’d been numbed. The atmosphere is as good as it could be considering the drilling. I’m not nervous about my upcoming fillings. Dr. Rosen is the best dentist I’ve been to.

I have been going to Dr. Rosen for a couple years and have received fillings, veneers, deep cleanings, regular cleanings, and a crown. They are very flexible when it comes to scheduling. They have allowed me to come in during an evening or on a Saturday to accommodate my busy schedule. One time, I was supposed to go in an appointment but had a medical event (blood sugar problem) that required me to go to the ER. I called Dr. Rosen’s office on the way to the hospital, and they waived my cancellation fee, telling me that it wasn’t my fault. When I didn’t have insurance, they made an office insurance plan. It was affordable and enabled me to begin treatments while I searched for a job with dental benefits.

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Rosen’s. I had a severe cosmetic dental issue that other dentists refused to treat. Dr. Rosen and his staff made me feel welcome and successfully treated my issue in much less time that I thought could be done. I just wish I’d gone sooner. When we showed up at “our” dental office, the receptionist was kind enough not to laugh at me and was able to put us on the schedule. We didn’t even have to wait 5 minutes to be seen. The dental assistant was patient and not at all bothered by our two-year-old, who wanted to watch her older sister get her teeth cleaned. When Dr. Rosen came in, he allowed my older daughter to hold the younger one. He did hesitate, even though it was an unusual cleaning. My daughter was so comfortable with him that she didn’t even fuss, wiggle, or try to bite him. I’m so glad we found this Lynbrook practice.
