Today was my first visit at Gentile Dental Care. The office is tidy and cozy, and the staff is informative and kind. My hygienist was exceptional. Dr. Gentile was highly-skilled and refreshingly pleasant to talk to. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Gentile Dental Care and wouldn't hesitate to come back!

I’ve had a phenomenal experience at Gentile Dental Care. The staff is beyond amazing. We are relatively new patients. At our recent cleaning appointment, we got the best care possible, much better than what we’d received from our former dentist. Gentile Dental Care is the best place for our dental needs.

My elderly father lives in an assisted living facility and hasn’t worn his bottom dentures in 3 years because of how much they hurt him. Other dentists we went to couldn’t get it to fit correctly and pain-free. He isn’t ambulatory, so we needed a dentist willing to take special precautions. Dr. Gentile came to the rescue. She fixed the problem and continued to check on him. He later broke one of the front teeth of his dentures. Dr. Gentile fixed that too. She was able to take the impression and get it to the lab and repaired on the same day. She has the best bedside manner I’ve seen, and her rates are reasonable. I couldn’t recommend her more.

Everyone was kind and calm. It turned out that I needed a root canal. I felt prepared for the procedure because of how thoroughly Dr. Gentile explained everything. She made sure I was comfortable before proceeding. My teeth are fantastic now. I’m thrilled to have found such an accomplished and skilled dentist.

The hygienist who does my cleanings is kind and professional. She does a great job fielding questions. If I weren’t moving to another state soon, I’d be a lifelong patient at Gentile Dental Care. I’d been to the same dentist for 18 years but I moved and needed to switch practices. I consulted online reviews and chose Dr. Gentile. The receptionist was incredibly kind and was able to schedule me for an appointment two days later. After arriving for my appointment, I didn’t have to wait long at all before being called back. The staff put me at ease and talked me through every part of the process. I had to go back two weeks later for fillings, and everyone remembered me. I was so nervous that I was visibly shaking. Dr. Gentile helped me relax and made me feel like I was a lifelong patient. I couldn’t recommend her more.

Because of my dental phobia, I was given a referral to a sedation dentist to take care of all my needs in one visit. I’m grateful Dr. Gentile recognized my needs and made the referral so that I could have my toothache resolved. I may not have had work done, but I’d recommend them because of how well they treated me when I was there.

I recently moved to Massapequa, so I knew I needed a new dentist. I chose Dr. Gentile because of the convenient location of her office. The staff greeted me and gave me a tour. Then I met my hygienist. She took photos of my mouth with some very high-tech equipment. I appreciated that she informed me about each step of the process. She even gave me some tips to keep my teeth and gums healthy. She explained everything about my X-rays tooth by tooth. Overall, I found her to be very helpful and pleasant. I was also very impressed with Dr. Gentile. I met with her after the hygienist was done. Overall, the experience was much better than I could have expected. They were so kind and informative. I like that they communicate through text and email to remind you of upcoming appointments. It makes things so much easier. I have visited eight different dentists for various reasons, and Dr. Donna Gentile is the first I’ve actually respected and adored. I shattered an old crown this past weekend; the receptionist scheduled me for an appointment and told me what the price would average out to be. After the appointment, I was charged less than expected, because once he got in there, she didn’t need the build up. I loved the honesty. Dr. Gentile did a wonderful job explaining things as we went along, too. I would highly recommend her Massapequa practice.

She came up with a treatment plan for me and explained it completely before he did any work, wanting to make sure I understood everything. I came out of that year-long treatment plan with healthy gums and teeth, and an awesome smile. Dr. Gentile and her staff are caring and knowledgeable. I have referred a few people to her already but will continue to do so.

I thought it had to be fake, no one can be that nice, but then I came back and realized it wasn’t fake at all. They are super respectful and kind.
