Dr. Alex D. Blazzard is known throughout the Mesquite area for his outstanding dentistry and his competence when dealing with and treating complex cases. He attended the University of Utah to earn his bachelor’s degree in medical biology. He then earned his DDS from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. The following year, he attended a general practice residency at the VA Hospital in Salt Lake City. Today, he is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the Seattle Study Club. He has been living and working in Mesquite, Nevada since 2005.
