Dr. Lawrence Blackmon received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the prestigious Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in Nashville, Tennessee, in 1983. After completing his education, he proudly served as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force. During his time as an Air Force Major, Dr. Blackmon delivered exceptional dental care to military personnel around the world, playing a key role in ensuring the health and readiness of our nation’s finest. His advanced training as part of the Air Force Dental Corps helped him provide specialized care while supporting military missions globally.

After leaving the Air Force in 1993, Dr. Blackmon gained experience practicing in various locations, from Los Angeles to Palm Springs, before establishing his own private practice in Moreno Valley in 1999.
