Not only is he incredibly skilled at his job, he also makes sure that each of his clients is highly satisfied at the end of their visit. I came here to have a broken tooth fixed. I broke it as a child and had finally decided that I wanted to have it corrected. Since that initial visit, I have been back for multiple follow-up appointments. He suggested I wait a little while longer before considering an implant, but it turns out that I don't even need one anymore. I'm not sure what the process was called, but he added a substance (I think it was some kind of zinc) to the root of my tooth and shaped and remold it so that it looks more natural. The staff helps make you feel very comfortable during each visit. The receptionists are very friendly and accommodating, especially when you have a busy schedule. Dr. Fraccalvieri’s main assistant is incredibly laid-back and interesting to talk to. Overall, this is an amazing dentist practice!

I love the staff at this Nesconset, New York practice. Dr. Fraccalvieri and his team are always very personable and inviting. They're also very punctual. I never have to wait longer than a few minutes in the waiting room. Recently, I had my wisdom teeth removed, and the staff was so friendly the entire time. They are even cracking jokes. It was hard for me not to laugh too. I've been back several times since my initial visit for some follow-up visits, and they've always accommodated my busy schedule and my dental needs. However, I am somewhat grateful for that because it led me to find Dr. Fraccalvieri and his practice Bonati Dental. I am so grateful to all those who left online reviews because that was what I turned to when searching for a new dentist. Dr. Fraccalvieri removed fragments of an infected tooth in less than 15 minutes, and I didn't experience any pain at all. His staff made the experience very comforting, and I'm actually looking forward to going to my follow-up appointment later next week. I appreciated that the staff took the time to get to know my name even though it was only my second appointment at this practice. It’s refreshing to see that there is a dental office that cares about personal connections with their patients. These connections make you feel as though you are important to them. I broke a crown, so I went to go see the Dr. Fraccalvieri. He placed a temporary crown after doing a root canal. I’m currently waiting for the permanent crown. I waited a month to write this review because I wanted to make sure that everything turned out okay and that I healed completely before letting everyone know how great the experience was. If you're the type of person who has dental anxiety like I do, give Dr. Fraccalvieri a call. Initially, I went in because my gums were hurting, but it turned out I had an impacted wisdom tooth, which Dr. Fraccalvieri said would be a little bit more complicated to remove than had it not been impacted. My tooth was growing into the tooth next to it. Dr. Fraccalvieri gave me the option of having the surgery that day or scheduling an appointment for a later date when I was a bit more prepared. Knowing that if I put it off, my fear would only grow, I opted to have it taken care of that day (in house.) I was surprised at how efficient and painless the process actually was considering it was an impacted wisdom tooth. The doctor had told me there would be no pain, but honestly, I was very skeptical. The entire process took less than 15 minutes, and he was able to take the tooth out whole. Apparently, they even jokingly gave my tooth a name because it was so big and had hooks. Overall, the appointment took about 30 minutes. That is incredible considering that it included the original check-up, an x-ray, and the wisdom tooth extraction. I was glad they were able to work so efficiently because it meant that I had very little time to panic. I can honestly say that I didn't experience any pain, but I did feel pressure during the procedure. However, feeling pressure like this is inevitable, especially when your tooth has hooks on it as mine did. I am very grateful that Dr. Fraccalvieri was able to get it out whole. I absolutely will be coming back for future procedures, as I have found my new primary dentist.

The receptionist was incredibly personable. Although I was most anxious about the cleaning, it passed rather quickly. My hygienist was very reassuring and very efficient. The cleaning itself did not hurt nearly as bad as I thought it would. Plus, I was allowed to watch TV which took my mind off things. Dr. Fraccalvieri was phenomenal as well.
