Dr. Wert and the staff who work in this office are all wonderful and provide the best patient service. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes here when I come in for cleanings. The staff will even call you when they have cancellations/openings so that you can get in earlier than you originally planned, which is a huge plus. Every staff member here is caring and easy to talk to. They always make sure I’m comfortable when they’re working on my teeth. I love this dental clinic in Manhattan, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new dentist in Washington Heights.

The wait time is never long here, and they use the newest and greatest dental technology. I plan on being a patient here for the rest of my life and would recommend everyone else to this place as well.

Dr. Wert is a great dentist in Washington Heights, NY. Everyone here, from the receptionist to the hygienist, is kind and easy to talk to. My appointment went longer than expected, but I didn’t mind because it gave me time to meet the staff and understand what they do in the office thoroughly. Dr. Wert listened to my questions and concerns, and he answered them thoroughly. He has a relaxed attitude, which I loved. The office is brand-new and has the latest and greatest in technology. You get to see your x-rays right way on a flat screen monitor from the dental chair. Dr. Wert spoke to me honestly and told me I need to floss more, which is something I already knew. The hygienist was also great, and I just had overall wonderful service. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.
