Unlike dental insurance, a direct dental plan with Dr. Gentile and Doctors Network is a membership that gives you access to significant discounts on almost all of our services. Everyone can join for a low monthly fee of $29.99 and a one-time activation fee of the equal amount. The cost of membership is typically a fraction of most dental insurance premiums.
Patients who sign up for a direct dental plan through our office in Patchogue can attend routine preventive exams and cleanings for only $25 per visit. This includes X-rays, when necessary, and the cost does not change no matter how many times you visit per year. When cosmetic or restorative treatment is required, the costs of your treatment will be discounted by up to 90%, including fillings, dental crowns, dental implants, Invisalign® and more.

I took my daughter in the other day so that we could both get a cleaning and an exam. The receptionist was very welcoming when we walked in. Even the dental assistants were very friendly, and Dr. Gentile is a true professional. They had looked at our new patient form and knew exactly how to treat both of us (quiet vs. chatty, quick vs. more time, etc…). They thoroughly explained everything they were doing, gave us recommendations for treatment, and explained everything I needed to know about what it would cost under the Doctors Network. They have great customer service. They took care of my daughter’s cavity that same day, which I was very thankful for. I’ve already told all my friends about this place.
This is the greatest dentist in Patchogue, NY. Everyone here is wonderful, very kind and professional. The teeth cleaning was detailed and I had no pain. Dr. Gentile explained everything thoroughly, and he answered all my questions. He explained everything that was going on with my xrays. He gave me some great tips on how to take care of my teeth.
