Dr. Barouir Deirmenjian is a dedicated general dentist with a strong passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care to every patient. As the founder and CEO of B. Deirmenjian and Affiliates, Dr. Deirmenjian oversees a network of multi-specialty dental practices across California, including locations in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Gabriel Valley, and newly added facilities in San Diego. With a total of 19 locations, his practice serves a diverse patient base, offering services to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

Deirmenjian and Affiliates includes specialists, general dentists, dental assistants, and benefit coordinators, all committed to providing a wide range of dental services, including cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, endodontics, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, periodontics, and family dentistry. The team’s goal is to ensure that every patient has a positive and rewarding experience, leaving with a smile they can be proud of.

Before launching his own private practice, Dr. Deirmenjian served as Dental Director at Guards Dental, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership in overseeing more than 40 locations. He later founded several successful dental practices, including Smiles West, Desert Dental Group, and Ponderosa Dental Group.

Dr. Deirmenjian’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Irvine (1988) and a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry (1999). He remains committed to advancing his knowledge and staying current with the latest developments in dentistry. To this end, he is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the California Dental Association (CDA). Additionally, Dr. Deirmenjian serves as a peer-review member for MetLife Insurance and Liberty Dental, is on the advisory committee for Henry Schein Dental, and holds a position as an adjunct professor at UCLA. He is board-certified by the Dental Board of California.

Dr. Deirmenjian has earned recognition for his outstanding leadership in the dental industry. With over 30 years of experience, he has been featured on the Inc. 5000 Series list as one of the fastest-growing companies in California (#100) and nationally (#1528). His practice was also honored as one of LA Business of the Year, named Best Office by Insurance Companies, and recognized as one of the Emerging Dental Groups to Watch in 2020 by Group Dentistry Now.

Outside of his professional work, Dr. Deirmenjian is committed to giving back to his community. He is actively involved in various charitable initiatives, including food drives, pro bono work for human trafficking victims, and senior citizen programs. Dr. Deirmenjian has also participated in health fairs and maintains an affiliation with Veterans Affairs, helping to serve those in need.

In his personal time, Dr. Deirmenjian enjoys spending time outdoors and is fluent in English, Armenian, Spanish, and French, enabling him to connect with a broad range of patients and communities.
