I’ve been going to Dr. Jacob for years now. He and his staff are always professional and caring when they’re working on my teeth. He always has the latest technology, and I’m always impressed with the level of care his team gives me. They also give great tips on how to keep my teeth healthy. I’ve had other dentists in Riverside who have been rough with my teeth, but Dr. Jacob is very gentle. He’s made me not hate the dentist anymore. I have to give a special shout out to the front desk girls, they’re both very friendly and easy to talk to. At the front desk, the girls always make me feel welcome, they treat me like an old friend. Everyone here is great. They truly care about your teeth’s health here and want you to have the best smile possible.

They dental hygienists provide relaxing chairs to keep you comfortable during your time there, warm blankets to keep you calm, and a TV to help distract you from the tools and all the noises. Their goal is to make your experience as painless as possible and to have you walk out of there with beautiful teeth. Dr. Jacob treats every patient there like human beings and not just another body in the chair. He truly cares about his patients. You can tell his staff love to work there. The waiting area and the rest of the space is very clean. His assistants are professional and easy to talk to. He is very nice and has great advice on how to keep your teeth clean. His hours are great, they work out great for me to go after work. We’re very lucky to have him in the Philadelphia area.
