Dr. Ann K. Calamel graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, before earning her dental degree from the University of Buffalo. She completed her residency in general dentistry at Millard Fillmore Hospital in Buffalo and has pursued extensive continuing education at the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study. Dr. Calamel is an active member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, and the Monroe County Dental Society.

Dr. Calamel and her husband, Adrian, have four children. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, gardening, and reading.
