Dr. Loreto Sicam, Jr. completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of the East in the Philippines in 1985. Since opening his San Leandro practice in 1991, he has been dedicated to delivering top-notch dental care and helping the community maintain healthy smiles. With a reputation for his gentle approach and near-painless techniques, Dr. Sicam has steadily grown his practice, largely through patient referrals, providing care for entire families.

In addition to his work in general dentistry, Dr. Sicam has recently expanded his expertise to include dental implants, restorations, and the placement of both fixed and removable implant prosthodontics. Outside the office, he enjoys bowling, golfing, and watching films. He is also known for his love of jokes and enjoys sharing them with patients, while welcoming corny ones in return.
