With over 35 years of experience serving the Springfield community, Dr. Gramse finds joy in the relationships she has built with her patients. As a second-generation dentist, she has deep ties to the area and has established her practice on a foundation of trust, advanced technology, and continuous learning. Dr. Gramse takes great pride in knowing her patients on a personal level and cherishing the connections she has fostered throughout the years.

Dr. Gramse's passion for dentistry was inspired by her parents, who previously ran the dental practice. She began her journey in the field as a dental assistant and hygienist before pursuing her dental degree. Following in her parents' footsteps, she was motivated by a desire to help others while being part of a profession that felt like home.

Dr. Gramse earned her dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1995. She worked alongside her parents at the practice until she took over in 1999. With a focus on providing comprehensive dental care, Dr. Gramse has completed advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, restorative treatments, dental implants, and sleep dentistry. She stays committed to ongoing education and is an active member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, and the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine.

When she's not caring for her patients, Dr. Gramse leads a busy and fulfilling life. In addition to running two dental practices—one in Springfield and another in Palmer—she is the proud mother of three children, all avid hockey players. Outside of managing her kids' hockey schedules, Dr. Gramse enjoys gardening and spending time with her diverse group of animals, including dogs, cats, chickens, goats, and ducks.
