Dr. Alex Chaney, a native of Vallejo, is thrilled to return to his hometown to serve the community that helped shape him. He deeply values the close-knit, vibrant nature of Vallejo and is committed to providing honest, high-quality dental care that the residents of this great community deserve. Dr. Chaney takes a minimally invasive approach to dentistry, focusing on integrity, clear communication, and long-term solutions for his patients’ oral health.

Dr. Chaney graduated from the University of the Pacific, Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco in 2017. Before entering dental school, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Riverside, a foundation that has helped him bring a unique, detail-oriented approach to his dental practice.

Dr. Chaney strives to blend traditional, proven dental techniques with the latest advancements in modern dentistry. He incorporates time-tested metal restorations alongside cutting-edge ceramic materials and bonding technologies to create aesthetically pleasing, durable results. Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Chaney regularly participates in continuing education courses in areas such as implant dentistry, implant-supported prosthetics, sleep apnea treatment, and TMD (temporomandibular disorders) care. He is also currently expanding his knowledge in digital dentistry, including 3D printing and minimally invasive ceramic restorations.

Dr. Chaney is a proud member of the California Dental Association (CDA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the American Dental Association (ADA). He also serves as the president of the Napa-Solano Dental Society. Recently, Dr. Chaney has been expanding his expertise to include the treatment of chronic headaches and migraines.

Outside of his dental practice, Dr. Chaney enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and biking, often with his wife, Eli. He has a wide range of hobbies, including ceramics, painting, jewelry-making, bonsai tree cultivation, and woodworking.
