I had a bad experience with another dentist close to my house. I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 5 years because I ran my own business and didn’t have dental insurance. When I first started looking I found a dentistry that was 20 minutes from my house. I went there for my first teeth cleaning in a long time, but I left unsatisfied, which I think they could tell because they told me to come back for a deep teeth cleaning. They gave me a deep clean, the hygienist was very professional with the anesthesia shot. I had almost zero pain. Everyone there is very kind and makes sure you feel comfortable. The hygienist even used a laser to clean my teeth, something that I had never seen done before since I had my last cleaning over a decade ago.

A friend recommended this place to me a couple years ago, and I’ve been coming to Dr. Borgella ever since. Anyone looking for a new dentist in West Hempstead should come here. They have awesome customer service, and the entire staff is very kind. They have the latest dental toys, which makes procedures that normally would take hours go by so much faster. Their administrative staff is very helpful with easy rescheduling available if needed. They also give you a hard copy reminding you of your next appointment so you don’t forget.

Dr. Borgella and his staff strive to make their patients completely comfortable. They take their time with each patient, and they are always willing to answer any questions you may have. They’re very thorough too. I had a crown that another dentist had done that needed a little finishing work. It had been bugging me for years, but Dr. Borgella fixed it right up. It was great to finally have that taken care of. I called in complaining about the problem and he was able to see me right away, putting me in between two of her other patients. He was very busy that day, but he took care of me because of how much pain I was in and he didn’t automatically charge me, which is something my scumbag of an old dentist would have. They really do know you when you’re in there, they have your file on hand and will pull it out while you’re in there. He has the latest and greatest in technology, including Cerec crowns, which are wonderful. You won’t have to go anywhere else for other work, he does a lot of work that other dentists in West Hempstead, NY don’t. He also takes more insurances than my former dentist, which is very nice. They truly treat you like a human being, they care about you. I love Dr. Borgella as a dentist and as a person. He is very experienced, and I am lucky I found her after doing some researching. I’m so happy I found someone who will take my Cigna Dental insurance and has up-to-date technology. Everyone should come here!
