When you find a dentist as good as Dr. Rafya Sandu, you don’t want to even think about going anywhere else. I’ve only been attending Westbury Smile Center for a year, but I love that the staff remembers who you are and what you discussed at your last visit--not just your dental record, the personal info too. Having dealt with bulimia for over a decade, I knew it had taken its toll on my teeth. Dr. Sandhu and I worked out a comprehensive treatment plan. I pay in cash and never have to wait longer than a few minutes. They are also very flexible when it comes to scheduling. If I’m in pain, they fit me in. When I first moved to this area, I tried a different dentist and had comprehensive coverage. However, I didn’t feel any connection to that dentist. I didn’t feel as though she cared about me as a person, yet I paid a lot of money to afford her treatments. I wasn’t happy, so I switched to Dr. Sandhu. PS - I had a surgical appointment today. Dr. Sandu came in on her day off so that she could see me. She knew I was in pain and didn’t want me to have to suffer more. She even pulled an infected tooth for free. I couldn’t afford the procedure, but she said we couldn’t wait. I trust her judgment and appreciate the courtesy and concern she shows her patients.

Westbury Smile Center is the best dental office in Westbury! Everything from the waiting room to the exam rooms is clean and well laid out. The technology is the best there is, and the staff is incredibly professional and skilled. I had a positive experience during my exam. I can’t wait to come back!

After looking at Dr. Rafya Sanhu’s credentials and reviews, I decided to give it a chance. Overall, the office was very clean and modern. It was also well-organized. Dr. Sandhu extracted my tooth and placed my dental implant immediately. She made the whole process very easy. I didn’t feel any pain and recovered quickly. The entire staff is kind and skilled. I’ve found my new dentist.

Dr. Sandhu is a very skilled and reasonable dentist. I went to her for Invisalign, and she did great work. I appreciated that she was fully devoted to her patients’ needs. She makes sure everything goes smoothly during treatments and even checks up on her patients after more complicated procedures, including checking on my after my Invisalign trays have been delivered. I’m very impressed with both the care and the location. The Westbury, NY location and parking are very convenient.

I called Dr. Sandhu’s office this afternoon. I was actually parking in front my regular dentist’s office, but they couldn’t schedule me for an appointment today. I spoke to the kind staff of the Westbury Smile Center the office, and they scheduled within the hour. This was the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Sandhu was so kind and personable. I have braces, so she discussed, in detail, how to properly brush, which I had not previously been informed of. She then gave me this cream for the demineralization of my teeth due to my braces. I left with a little dental care package. Thankfully, I didn’t need any additional work done besides the cleaning, but this will be my dentist from now on. I have neglected to go to the dentist for about six years now. Just a few months ago one of my crowns broke, so I had to find the courage and make the appointment. I saw online reviews of Dr. Sandhu that seem way too good to be true, but they were right down the road from me, so I made the appointment. I was honestly embarrassed when they asked me the time that has passed since my last appointment. I never felt friendly to any of my previous dentists, and I was always afraid of the pain and cost. The moment I walked into Westbury Smile Center I felt at ease. I always remember feeling rushed when I’ve been in dentists office previously. They remained very punctual, but they took their time and made you feel at home. The dentist didn’t bounce around to different patients; it seemed as if my appointment was the time she completely dedicated to me. She examined my broken crown and told me the process it would take to replace it, and the price to do so post insurance. I was shocked that it wasn’t much more. During the entire process of the exam, cleaning, a filling or two, and the repaired crown, I felt no pain whatsoever. This clinic seems entirely dedicated to customer service. After I left there, I felt relieved to have come across Dr. Sandhu, and I got the dental care I needed. I will continue to go to this clinic for my checkups and cleanings. For as much time Dr. Sandhu is at this clinic, I will be a patient here.

I found a dentist's office with which I am delighted. Dr. Rafya Sandhu is brilliant, friendly, skilled, and an absolute professional. She also treats the rest of her staff so well that everyone genuinely likes working there. The office is so modern and clean, with very competitive prices. Unlike other practices that try to push you into unnecessary work, this place is not one of those. They are incredibly punctual at Westbury Smile Center; they were able to get through with my cleaning and touched up an issue with bonding from a previous dentist that worked on my molar. They then polished them up and even smoothed out a chipped tooth. My wife is even switching to Dr. Sandhu, as Dr. Sandhu is much better than her current dentist.

I had a few awful experiences with dentists when I was younger, which caused me to have very high anxiety in regard to dental offices. Just recently, I started experiencing some pain, and I knew I had to either toughen up and schedule the appointment or live with it. Finally, my partner dragged me to their dentist Dr. Rafya Sandhu at the Westbury Smile Center. I was somewhat worried that my teeth were in horrible shape since it has been years since I have been seen. Dr. Sandhu and her staff reassured me everything was going to be ok, and that it's not nearly as bad as I thought it was. The entire team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable during my visit. I have a feeling that if Dr. Sandhu was my dentist when I was kid, I wouldn’t have so much anxiety or have neglected my teeth as I did. As it turned out, I had some cavities, and they fixed them up quickly. I was also in need of proper scaling. I plan on making this location in Westbury, NY my place for all of my dental needs. This was the first time I have come into Dr. Rafya Sandhu’s office in Westbury, NY. I arrived a bit early to the Westbury Smile Center, and they were able to get me in immediately and proceeded to get my x-rays taken care of. During my cleaning, the dentist and dental hygienist seemed to have a great working relationship; they were joking the entire time and kept me engaged. I came to see Dr. Sandhu in late December with my child. This dentist and the staff at Westbury Smile Center are so child-friendly. They have a great environment that really keeps kids calm. Due to it being a weekend appointment, they were super busy, but they were still able to see us walk-ins. We currently don’t have dental insurance, but they were able to do all of the usual stuff at a very reasonable price.

She was thorough, polite, gentle, etc.--everything that you expect from a great dentist. She took her time explaining what treatments I needed and the reasons why I needed them. The prices at Westbury Smile Center were very reasonable as well. I really liked the fact that this wasn’t a crowded office where they keep you waiting long after your appointment time. Dr. Sandhu and her staff were very professional and kind to stay open for me on a Friday evening when my rotten tooth hurt so bad that I thought I couldn’t stand the pain any longer. Her dental assistants were so nice, and Dr. Sandhu had the tooth out in no time. I really appreciate that they stayed late to help me with this. I just couldn’t stand the pain. Before coming to the Westbury Smile Center and Dr. Rafya Sandhu, I resented going to the dentist. Unfortunately, that was very apparent during my deep cleaning sessions and rotten tooth removals. But, Dr. Sandhu is very sweet, gentle, and precise. She will honestly discuss your dental condition and will be pleasant while doing so. My experiences here have been amazing! I am no longer a coward in the dental office. I no longer have sweaty palms walking toward the dental chair with the fluorescent lights and instruments. I no longer feel sick when I have to gargle! I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist, and because of their wonderful team of professionals, I can actually look forward to going there to get my teeth worked on. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rafya Sandhu at the Westbury Smile Center for a while now, and I thought it was time for me to leave a positive review. The practice is wonderful! Dr. Sandhu is patient and kind; she takes time to talk with you and answer all your questions. I’ve had a couple of “accidents” where my dog ate my mouthguard, and the staff has been great about getting me in right away. They also know each patient and our dental histories. I had lockjaw a few years ago, and they were very careful to help me through what could have been a very painful dental experience. I also have severe gum recession and sensitive teeth. Dr. Sandhu is getting me through these procedures by providing me with gas to help me relax. I will continue coming to Dr. Sandhu as long as she practices here!

Dr. Rafya Sandhu of the Westbury Smile Center did a great job extracting one of my rear molars. If just couldn’t be saved, and I was afraid it would be a nightmare. My tooth, under a cap, was completely rotten, and my previous dentist did not discover it in time. It was really gross and embarrassing! I am continuing to get dental work done at the Westbury Smile Center. Dr. Sandhu explains the procedures to me, and she is very kind. Her assistants are great, too. The Westbury Smile Center has late appointments available so you don’t have to miss work. The work done there by Dr. Sandhu is top quality, and I highly recommend them!

She told me she's going to be bringing her son in to teach him the ropes soon too, which is awesome. This place is located close to my home, and the friendly staff makes it a very welcoming place.

I usually hate the dentist, and I was extremely nervous about going to a new place, but I decided to check it out. I can’t thank my son enough for referring me. Dr. Sandhu is truly wonderful. I’m very happy with how my teeth look, and I was comfortable the entire time she was working on my teeth. She did the novocaine and I had zero pain, which is something I didn’t know was possible!
