Funny story actually - I went to school with Dr. Raghian’s brother, and the receptionist’s relative lives down the block from me. Sounds like destiny to me! After I filled out the new patient paperwork, the hygienist x-rayed my teeth, checked for any signs of decay, and then cleaned my teeth. She used a tool called a cavitron to take all the calculus and plaque off my teeth - it was pain free! She was super careful not to hurt me because I told her that I’m a huge baby in regards to dental work. I needed Dr. Raghian to do some drilling and filling for me, so he numbed my mouth with novocaine. The needle didn’t even hurt! The drilling and filling went really smoothly, and he walked me through the procedure and aftercare. I’m so happy with the high level of care I got at this office!

Dr. Raghian is a great dentist for kids! I kept looking for a pediatric dentist in Winnetka for my boyfriend’s children, but most of them had a month-long wait. So I called Winnetka Dental Care, and they fit them in that week! It’s probably because they have lots of staff members and long hours to accommodate more people. Any time I call, whoever I’m speaking to knows the answers to my questions, and the service is always incredible. When their appointment day arrived they were anxious because it had been a while since they were at the dentist. We filled out the new patient forms, which was really easy, and the receptionist even helped us gather their dental insurance info. The waiting room was very nice, but we barely even used it! I love how transparent they are, too! They let me sit in on their cleaning, and they told them everything they were doing to their mouths. They made a scary experience not so bad! They may be able to work something out with you if you have trouble paying for dental work, but you’ll probably have to ask.

I needed some pain medicine because I had a tooth that needed a root canal (Dr. Raghian couldn’t fit me in for a while since I wanted the root canal and crown prep in the same appointment), so I called his office in tears from the pain. They paged him right away and filled a prescription for me. Not even five minutes after that, they called to tell me they had an opening and could get me in for my root canal the very next day! I’m so pleased that Winnetka Dental Care has saved me from severe tooth pain twice now! Dental care is expensive, but when you’re in pain, you want only the best service. Dr. Raghian has done two root canals for me, and during my last visit, they noticed that my back tooth nerve was infected.
