Dr. Dave Rogers graduated from Greeley Central High School and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Colorado. Soon after, he decided to join the U.S. Air Force where he became interested in medicine and Direct Primary Care. He graduated from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences School of Medicine and currently holds board certifications in Occupational Medicine and Aerospace Medicine.

Throughout his education and career in the Air Force and as a Board Certified Family Physician, Dr. Dave has learned that the most powerful medical treatments come out of close doctor/patient relationships. Understanding the physical and mental concerns of each of his patients is key to creating personalized treatment plans for them, and making sure his patients feel heard and understood is his top priority. Overall, Dr. Dave's passion is improving the life enjoyment, well-being, and health of each of his patients. He especially enjoys working closely with patients who may have never felt listened to by their previous physicians.
