Dr. Alfred Lavi is a board-certified family medicine physician and the founder and medical director of United Care Family Medical Center. He and his team provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, including pediatrics, adults, obstetrics, and geriatrics. Since its founding in 2004, United Care Family Medical Center has been a trusted provider in downtown Los Angeles. Due to the growing need for quality healthcare in the area, Dr. Lavi expanded the practice by opening a second location in West Los Angeles in 2012.

Dr. Lavi earned his Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology, graduating with honors, from the University of California, Los Angeles. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from Western University of Health Sciences, also graduating with honors. Dr. Lavi completed a three-year Family Medicine residency at Harbor UCLA, where he received extensive training in both inpatient and outpatient care. Today, in addition to managing his clinics, Dr. Lavi provides patient care at California Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital.
