Dr. Thomas Horowitz offers patient-centered, relationship-based primary care for individuals of all ages. Dr. Horowitz completed his Family Medicine residency and is Board Certified in Family Practice. He provides care at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, St. Vincent Medical Center, and Good Samaritan Hospital, as well as other facilities that offer specialized services to benefit his patients.

In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Horowitz is actively engaged in community and state healthcare issues, continuing a family tradition of civic involvement that spans three generations.
