Perhaps, the most common reason to seek dental care is pain in one or more teeth. While temporary aches could occur for multiple reasons, including sinus congestion, one that persists for more than a day could be a sign of a deeper problem. For example, a lasting tooth pain could be caused by the presence of a cavity, the early stages of a dental infection, or as a result of weakened tooth structure due to teeth grinding while asleep. When you have an aching tooth that does not subside, you most likely need a tooth-filling. Doctors Network can help you find a dentist in the Montgomery, AL area who takes patients without dental insurance!

When the dental professional examines your smile, digital x-rays are used to assess the cause and extent of the cavity. then, the right treatment is chosen. For children and adult patients alike, a dental filling made from biocompatible material could bring relief. A dental crown could also be used to treat major cavities. If possible, the dentist will take steps to utilize more lifelike options, so they blend with the smile. If you have an aching tooth, use our search page to find Montgomery dentists who are open on Sundays and book an appointment.

Have you experienced a popping sensation in your jaw? Do you have persistent migraines? If so, this could be related to widespread jaw joint disorders. Around twenty-five million people in the United States suffer from chronic bruxism and TMJ dysfunction. Without treatment, these could not only cause pain, but actually crack or chip a tooth! Fortunately, your friends at Doctors Network can find the right dental office in Montgomery, AL who accepts self-pay patients.

While very different from one another, one often increases the risk of the other. TMJ disorder develops when the joints connecting the jaw and skull are stressed. This could cause problems opening and closing the mouth fully. Common symptoms include pain in the face, head and neck, and jaw. Bruxism means you grind or clench your teeth nightly. The pressure of clenching could cause headaches and jaw pain. Teeth grinding could also damage teeth. This damage could lead to cavities, infection, and more. Both disorders could be caused by issues that strain the jaw joints, and untreated TMJ disorder could cause bruxism, and vice-versa. When you have persistent pain in your head and neck, you should find help. We can even connect you with a dental professional in Montgomery who accepts self-pay patients.

Treatment options often vary; for some, relief is possible following dental bonding, which improves bite balance. For others, treating misalignment with Invisalign could ease strain and stop symptoms. The most common option offered by most dentists is a custom splint, which fits like a nightguard. If you need to find treatment from a Montgomery dentist. then contact our team!

It is crucial for children to visit a dental professional on a biannual basis for exams and cleanings. By teaching your children great oral health habits, you are ensuring that they have the knowledge to have healthy smiles for ever. If you are looking for a dentist in Montgomery who takes patients with no dental insurance, you are on the right website.

In addition to offering examinations and cleanings, dentists on Doctors Network also provide your kid with protective sealants. These are thin pieces of film that go over their molars. They work as a protective film that forms a barrier between their molars and harmful bacteria. This ultimately prevents the risk of infection by up to eighty percent. It is a simple tool that is very effective at preventing cavities in the future.

Fluoride treatments are another great tool that your pediatric dentists provide. Fluoride is a naturally occurring mineral that helps strengthen your children’s teeth. While enamel is one of the most durable substances our bodies produce, it can still weaken over time. When this occurs, your child’s teeth become more susceptible to decay. Fluoride treatment helps stop decay from occurring. Using high-fluoride toothpaste can also help. For more information, please schedule an appointment with one of our dental practices in Montgomery.

Many folks would prefer to have a whiter smile. When you stroll down the aisles of any pharmacy, you see countless products that advertise their teeth whitening abilities. If you have tried any of these, you know that they almost always provide lackluster results. However, professional tooth bleaching can actually produce a brighter smile. If you are looking for a dentist in Montgomery, AL that takes patients without dental insurance, we can help you find one that offers professional tooth whitening.

When you visit your Montgomery dental care provider, they can provide you with either an in-office or even at-home treatment option. Should you opt for treatment in the office, you will only have to stay for roughly an hour. For this option, your dentist will apply a gel solution to your teeth that they will then activate with a special light, to remove stains.

If you would prefer to choose whitening at home, your dentist will give you a set of custom trays that you can fill up with a safe peroxide solution. You will wear these for a few hours each day for about 2 weeks. Once this treatment is over, you will have a whiter and brighter smile. If you would like to book a visit with a Montgomery dentist that accepts patients without dental insurance, we can help you find a fantastic one.

Over 16% of Alabama residents are over the age of 65, while almost 23% are under the age of 18. For both age groups, personalized dental care is especially important. Older patients often require restoration or prosthodontic care to replace lost teeth; younger patients may need additional ongoing preventive measures, such as orthodontics, to avoid more serious issues later in life. On top of routine general dental care, treatment for seniors and children can cause the costs of your family’s dental care to skyrocket. Fortunately, Doctors Network offers families throughout Alabama a highly affordable alternative to managing dental care costs with a direct dental plan.
